Software Package And Information Systems – Purchase Of An Integrated Education Management System. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Implementation And Maintenance In The Saas Model Of An Integrated It System Intended For Comprehensive Handling Of Financial And Accounting, Hr And Payroll, Educational And Administrative Processes Of The Ordering Partys Municipal Budget Units. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular The Delivery And Provision Of The System With A Database On The Contractors Infrastructure, Data Migration From Systems Previously Used By The Ordering Party, User Training And The Provision Of Technical Support And Service During The Term Of The Contract. Notes: 1. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Recommendations And Instructions, As Well As In Accordance With Applicable Legal Regulations And Principles Of Technical Knowledge. 2. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver The Subject Of The Contract Brand New, Coming From The Official Distribution Channel, Complete, Of A High Standard Both In Terms Of Quality And Functionality, Having The Required Technical Parameters, Meeting The Standards Required By Polish Law And Free From Any Physical And Legal Defects. 3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order Be Delivered And Brought To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. Transport Is At The Contractors Expense And Risk. The Contractor Is Obliged To Properly Secure The Subject Of The Contract During Transport And Is Fully Responsible For Delivering The Subject Of The Contract To The Place Of Delivery. (If Applicable) Documents Describing The Subject Of The Order Should Be Treated As Mutually Explanatory And Complementary In The Sense That If Any Ambiguities Or Ambiguities In Performance Are Found, The Contractor Will Not Be Able To Limit The Scope Of His Obligation Or The Scope Of Due Diligence. Detailed Information Regarding The Subject Of The Order And The Conditions Of Its Implementation Are Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Draft Agreement, Which Constitute An Integral Part Of The Specification Of The Terms Of The Order, And The Entire Scope Specified Therein Is Binding On The Contractor And Should Be Included In The Offer Price.
