This Contract Concerns The Purchase Of Renewable Electricity As Part Of A Collective Self-Consumption Operation. This Contract Concerns The Direct Purchase Of Electricity From Renewable Sources As Part Of A Collective Self-Consumption Operation, In Application Of Article L. 331-5 2° Of The Energy Code. The Municipality Already Has Its Own Photovoltaic Park Operated For Self-Consumption, It Wishes, In This Perspective, To Favor A Diversification Of Its Energy Mix By Relying On Renewable Sources Complementary To Solar, In Particular Hydraulic Energy, Which, When Available, Is Likely To Ensure A More Consistent And More Predictable Production Depending On The Seasons, Thus Contributing To Strengthening The Stability And Resilience Of The Municipal Electricity Supply. The Buyer Therefore Particularly Favors Hydroelectricity; Candidates Are Invited To Specify, In Their Offer, The Share Of Electricity Covered By Guarantees Of Hydroelectric Origin And, Where Applicable, To Justify The Location And Capacity Of The Installations. This Direct Purchase Of Electricity From Renewable Sources Aims To Help Cover The Municipalitys Electricity Needs For A Projected Purchase Volume Of Between 350,000 Kwh Per Year. Neither The Producer Nor The Buyer (Municipality) Is Required To Make A Volume Commitment. The Volumes And Percentages Shown Above Are Estimates Only.
