Repair And Maintenance Services Of Buses – Maintenance And Repair Of Buses In The Paksi Region. Maintenance, Repair And Disinfection Of Vehicles Owned And/Or Operated By Máv Passenger Transport Zrt. By An External Contractor Up To A Net Amount Of Huf 72,000,000. The Tenderer Currently Operates The Following Bus Types In The Paks Area: • Ikarus Eag E94 - 1 Pc • Kravtex Credo 02 Inovell 12 - 29 Pcs • Kravtex Credo 02 Econell 12 - 3 Pcs • Kravtex Credo Ec 12 Lpg - 6 Pcs • Mercedes-Benz 633 Intouro - 8 Pcs • Mercedes-Benz O 345 Conecto - 1 Units Total: 48 Units The Tenderer Operates The Bus Types Listed Above In The Paks Area, All Of Which Are M3 Vehicle Category. The Tenderer Draws Attention To The Fact That The Current Composition Of The Vehicles Is Only Informative, As Some Vehicles May Be Scrapped During The Term Of The Contract, And The Stock May Be Expanded With Newly Acquired Vehicles. The Tenderer Reserves The Right To Use The Service For A Number Of Vehicles Other Than Those Listed Above. The Bidder Must Undertake The Repair/Maintenance/Disinfection Of Buses Of The Make Specified In This Point But Of Other Types To Be Acquired Or Moved To The Area In The Future, As Well As - If Necessary - The On-Site Repair Work Of The Buses Under The Conditions Specified In This Procedure. The Tenderer Is Also Entitled To Order Repairs/Maintenance/Services For Buses From Manufacturers Other Than The Bus Manufacturers Named In This Point, Provided That The Contractor Is Not Obliged To Undertake The Repair/Maintenance Of Buses From These Different Manufacturers And The Refusal Of The Order Does Not Result In The Application Of The Sanctions Specified In The Contract. Based On The Contract To Be Concluded, The Bidder May Place Orders Up To Huf 72,000,000 Net + Vat. At The Same Time, Taking Into Account The Ad Hoc Nature Of The Demands That Arise, The Purchasers Procurement Needs Cannot Be Determined In Advance With Complete Accuracy. The Kbt. With Regard To § 58, Paragraph (1), The Bidder May Deviate From The Total Contractual Quantity (Quantity Deviation) And, Based On The Contract To Be Concluded, Undertakes Only To Place Ad Hoc Orders Up To At Least 50% Of The Maximum Quantity Specified In The Contract Above (I.E. Net Huf 72,000,000 + Vat) (I.E. Up To Huf 36,000,000 Net + Vat) Takes Place. The Net Value Of The Part Of The Framework Amount Not Affected By The Order Obligation Is Huf 36,000,000, Which Value Is The Estimated Value Of Kbt. It Is Included In Accordance With Paragraph (1) Of § 16. The Bidder Does Not Undertake To Partially Or Fully Exhaust The Part Of The Service That Is Not Subject To An Obligation To Order, And The Bidder May Not Make Any Claims For Compensation, Indemnification Or Other Claims Against The Bidder Due To The Failure To Fully Or Partially Exhaust It.
