Place Of Performance: Poland, Lublin. 1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Expansion Of The District Road No. 3121L Krasnystaw - Niemienice From Km 2+188 To Km 8+678 With A Length Of 6.490 Km. 2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes, In Particular: 1) Construction Of The Surface Of A District Road, 2) Construction Of A Pedestrian And Bicycle Path - Designed Surface Of Gray Concrete Cubes, 3) Construction Of A Sidewalk - Designed Surface Of Gray Concrete Cubes, 4) Construction Of Individual Exits - Designed Surface Of Red Concrete Cubes, 5) Construction Of Public Exits - Designed Surface Of Asphalt Concrete, 6) Construction Of Roadside Ditches, 7) Construction Of Side Roads On Both Sides, 8) Construction Of Culverts Under Exits And Along The District Road, 9) Implementation Of Vertical And Horizontal Markings Based On The Permanent Traffic Organization Design. 10) Reconstruction Of Existing Road Lighting, 11) Construction Of A Rainwater Drainage Network. The Investment Task Includes Cutting Down Conflicting Trees And Shrubs. The Detailed Scope Of The Task Is Specified In The Design Documentation. 3. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Also Includes: 1) Execution Of Construction Works Based On The Design Documentation, In Accordance With The Zrid Decision, Applicable Law, Standards, Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Construction Practice And This Tor, 2) Provision Of A Construction Manager And Work Managers By The Contractor, 3) Land Development: Tidying Up The Area Adjacent To The Road, Restoring Green Areas, 4) Carrying Out The Required Research, Preparing The Final Settlement, Developing An As-Built And Surveying Report Inventory And Other Necessary Activities In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Technical Documentation. All Elements And Materials From Demolition (Including Material From Cutting Down Trees And Bushes) Become The Property Of The Contractor And Should Be Removed From The Construction Site On A Date That Does Not Interfere With The Performance Of Other Works. The Above Provision Does Not Apply To Materials Intended For Reuse. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 1 To The Swz.
