Building Construction Work – Commercial Lease In The Future State Of Completion (Befa) With Completion By The Lessor Of Development Work In The Pas De Calais Department (62). Enedis Has Decided To Transfer Its Activity To An Optimized Site That Meets The Latest Environmental Standards. The Research Area For The Future Location Of The Site May Be Located In Order Of Preference:  1/ In The Commune Of Saint Martin Boulogne Within The Za De Linquéterie  2/ Within The Research Area Identified In Yellow On The Attached Map It Must Have The Following Areas: - Office Areas Of Approximately 1,500 M² - Areas Additional Technical Premises And Closed Garages Of Approximately 878 M² - Areas Open Shelters Of Approximately 283 M² - Exterior Storage Areas Of Approximately 806 M² - Number Of Light Vehicle Spaces Of Approximately 134 Spaces (88 Staff And Visitors And 46 Operational) - Operational Overhead Parking Areas (Heavy Vehicles) Of Approximately 828 M² The Building To Be Constructed Will Comply With Current Regulations. It Will Also Respond To The Sustainable Development Policy Of The Enedis Company In Force, Which Will Be Presented In The Consultation File. These Areas Are Provided Within +/-10% Of The Areas Which Will Be Specified In The Upcoming Consultation Regulations. The Buildings Must Be New. Delivery Of The Building (Lessee Development Work Completed) Must Take Place By May 2, 2028. The Completion Of The Lessee Development Work Will Be Entrusted To The Lessor. The Holder Will Be Charged By Enedis With All Of The Following Missions: • Design, Undertake And Monitor All Of The Studies Which Make It Possible To Construct The Buildings As Specified In The Documents Of The Upcoming Consultation; • Carry Out And Follow All Administrative Procedures In Close Liaison With Enedis; • Carry Out The Work All Trades Including The Development Work Of The Lessee Until Their Perfect Completion As Specified In The Documents Of The Upcoming Consultation; • Carry Out And Monitor Actions To Ensure The Energy And Acoustic Performance Of The Building And Facilities; • Use The Buildings Technical Equipment As Specified In The Upcoming Consultation Documents.
