The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Project Titled: Installation Of Renewable Energy Systems In The Krzymów Commune, Consisting Of: Design, Obtaining The Necessary Permits, Delivery And Installation Of: A) 255 Photovoltaic Installations On Residential Buildings And 133 Energy Storage Facilities For Residential Buildings. All Buildings Are Located In The Krzymów Commune, B) 59 Installations Of Air Heat Pumps For Central Heating + Domestic Hot Water C) 30 Installations Of Ground Heat Pumps For Central Heating + Domestic Hot Water 4.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) Development Of Complete Design, Construction And As-Built Documentation, In All Required Industries, In The Scope Of Installations Indicated In Section 1 Above, And Preparing An Operating Manual For The Beneficiaries And The Ordering Partys Representatives, B) Obtaining The Necessary Permits, Notifications, Arrangements, Opinions, Expert Opinions Or Other Studies/Decisions Required In Accordance With Applicable Law, C) Completing, Supplementing And Submitting To The Local Operator A Set Of Documents Enabling The User To Be Connected To The Network As A Prosumer, Which Will Be Confirmed By The Operators Declaration Of A Correctly Submitted Application Of A Given Location To The Energy Plant, And As An Energy Seller In The Case Of Installations Whose Size Exceeds The Statutory Size In Accordance With With The Res Act, D) Carrying Out Tests And Electrical Measurements Of The Installation To Check The Proper Operation Of The Equipment, E) Delivery And Installation Of Devices, F) Implementation Of An Energy Management System That Controls The Operation Of The System With The Connection Of The Supplied Devices, G) Implementation Of Independent Grounding Of The Installation, If Required, H) Implementation Of A Lightning Protection Installation, If Required, I) Commissioning Of The System And Regulations, J) Training In The Operation Of The Installed Installation, K) Configuration Of The Supervision System Application, L) Performance Of Appropriate Tests And Measurements And Preparation Of Protocols, M) Preparation Of The Necessary Mounting Holes In For The Purpose Of Introducing The Devices, N) Bricking Up The Assembly Holes After Introducing The Devices, O) Making Culverts Where The Cable Routes Pass Through Walls, Roofs Or Other Obstacles, P) Sealing The Culverts, Q) Carrying Out Works Aimed At Restoring The Facilities To Their Original Condition, R) Obtaining All Legally Required Permits, Notifications, Obtaining New Connection Conditions, Or Other Conditions Required By Current Legal Conditions, S) Providing Warranty Cards For Devices And Equipment, T) Conducting Service Training For Beneficiaries And Representatives Investor, U) Carrying Out Warranty And Post-Warranty Inspections Required By Law And Manufacturers Recommendations For The Duration Of The Project (5-Year Period Specified In The Fup), V) Participation In All Acceptances - Partial Or Final, W) Preparing Calculations Of The Ecological Effect For All Installed Installations.
