Roadworks - Construction Of A Bicycle Path Along District Road No. 4342 P On The Blizanów Drugi - Godziątków Section. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of A Task In The Design And Build Formula, Including The Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation For The Construction Of A Bicycle Path Along With The Necessary Complementary Infrastructure, On The Basis Of Which It Will Be Possible To Implement The Investment Both In Formal, Legal And Technical Terms, And To Perform Works In Accordance With This Design. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular The Preparation Of Design Documentation Together With Obtaining A Zrid Decision For And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party And The Construction Of A Bicycle Path With The Necessary Additional Infrastructure On The Blizanów Dobrze-Godziątków Section. 3. The Order Is Implemented As Part Of The Project Cyclists-Friendly Kalisz County - Construction Of Bicycle Paths, Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund Under The European Funds For Greater Poland 2021-2027 Program. 4. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Specified In: Annex No. 1 To The Swz (Functional And Utility Program) And Annex No. 9 (Essential Provisions Of The Contract). In The Event Of Discrepancies In The Provisions Of The Above Documents, The Provisions Indicated In The Essential Provisions Of The Agreement Shall Prevail.
