The Subject Of The Order In These Proceedings Is In Particular: 1) Dismantling And Disposal Of The Computer Tomograph Owned By The Ordering Party, Siemens Somatom Definition As; 2) Preparing And Submitting To The Ordering Party A Design Of Radiological Shields, 3) Preparing And Submitting To The Ordering Party Design Documentation In Order To Meet The Functional And Technical Requirements Set By The Device And The Ordering Partys Guidelines 4) Carrying Out Adaptation Works, Including Finishing Works, In The Room Of The Ct Laboratory, Consisting In Adapting This Room To The Characteristics Of The Offered Device In A Way That Enables Its Installation And Operation In Accordance With The Prepared Documentation Referred To Above And The Guidelines For Carrying Out Adaptation Works 5) Delivery Of The Tomograph With Equipment, Installation, Commissioning, Carrying Out The Necessary Tests And Measurements, Performance Of Acceptance And Specialized Tests And Inspections Necessary To Obtain Permission To Commission And Operate The Device; 6) Integration Of The Device With Pacs It Systems Operating In The Hospital; 7) Training Doctors, Technicians, Nurses And Other Staff Of The Ordering Party In The Use Of The Device.
