Bids Are Invited For Contracting Of A Private Legal Entity Specialized In The Provision Of Mobile And Fixed Telephone Services, Duly Granted By Anatel, With The Provision Of Voice And Mobile Data Services In Post-Paid Mode, Including The Activation Of 04 (Four) Telephone Lines, 03 (Three Of Which Are Mobile) And 01 (One) Fixed, As Per The Specifications Of The Terms Of Reference
Provision Of 03 (Three) Mobile Telephony Lines, With At Least The Following Resources: 1. Unlimited Voice Services For Local And Long Distance Calls (Ddd), With National Coverage Within The Providers Network; 2. Mobile Data Package With At Least 10 Gb Per Line, With 4G Technology Or Higher; 3. National Roaming Service Included, No Additional Charge; 4. Specialized Technical Service And 24-Hour Support, Including Remotely; 5. Delivery Of An Active Chip (Sim Card), Ready For Use, With No Additional Burden For The Contractor; Issuance Of Consolidated Monthly Invoices, Separately Breaking Down Each Line., Provision Of 01 (One Landline Telephone Line), Intended For Institutional Contact Of This Legislative House, With At A Minimum To Ensure Full Usability And Continuity Of Operations, It Is Fundamental To Demand Strict Compatibility With The Existing Pabx Infrastructure In The Body, Defining Clear Protocols (Such As Sip For Voip Or R2/Isdn Signaling For Digital) And Standard Audio Codecs That Ensure Voice Intelligibility. Added To This Is The Mandatory Number Portability For Maintaining Institutional Contacts And The Inclusion Of Essential Facilities, Such As Caller Identification (Bina) And Direct Extension Dialing (Ddr), Which Optimize The Flow Of Customer Service And Internal Communication. Regarding The Protection Of The Administration As A Consumer, The Requirement For A Valid Grant Of Anatel And The Setting Of Objective Service Level Agreements (Sla), Establishing Minimum Monthly Availability (99.5% Suggested) And Fatal Deadlines Of A Maximum 24 Hours For Repairs Of Critical Faults. The Guarantee Of Accessible Technical Support Channels (24X7) And The Contractual Provision For Discounts On Invoices Due To Service Unavailability Ensure The Quality Of Provision And Respect For The Rights Of The Contracting Body
