General Procurement Notice for Provision of Good, Works, Related Services and Consulting Services for Sonagazi 220 MW Solar Power Plant Construction Project (IsDB Sonagazi 220 MW Solar Power and Livelihoods Improvement Project) at Sonagazi, Feni, Bangladesh - GPN Works: The works component includes design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 220 MW (AC) Solar PV Power Plant (Construction of Solar Power Plant and Machineries). A 220 MWac solar power plant and 2nd circuit of existing 230 kV Transmission Line (including GIS/AIS bays at respective substations) will be constructed under this component. Stringing 2nd circuit of existing 230 kV Transmission Line (including GIS/AIS bays at respective substations) is included within the scope of the EPC Contract. Women and Youth Livelihood Improvement training will be also conducted under this component. The procurement will be done through Open International Competitive Bidding (ICB-Open). Goods: The procurement of goods under Livelihood Improvement for Women Empowerment and Youth Development includes procurement of 1) Desktop Computer and Computer Lab related Equipment, 2) Sewing Machine, Mobile Servicing Toolbox, Electrician Toolbox and Library Equipment, 3) Livestock and Agriculture Items (Cow, Sheep, Chicken, Seeds & Fertilizer and Fish Fry), and 4) Auto Rickshaw for Disabled. The procurements of above four packages will be done through Shopping (National) method. Consultancy Services: The Consultancy services include procurement of Consultancy Services for Design Review, Supervision and Monitoring. Design Review, Supervision and Monitoring Consultant will assist EGCB in implementing a EPC contract of at least 220 MWac Solar Power Plant through an EPC Contractor from design, procurement, supply, installation & erection, testing and commissioning.
