Expression of Interest for Technical Assistance for Strengthening Institutional Capacity in Islamic Microfinance in Uganda Consultancy Services for Strengthening the Institutional Capacity of the MSC and its Client Institutions, through the Provision of Staff Training and Enhancement of Operational Consultancy Services: For strengthening the institutional capacity of the MSC and its client institutions, through the provision of staff training and enhancement of operational frameworks (products and services, operational manuals, processes and policies, risk and shariah governance, and core IT system). These services will be procured under Consultants Qualifications based Selection (CQS) from an international shortlist. Procurement of contracts financed by the Islamic Development Bank will be conducted through the procedures specified under the Guidelines for the Procurement of Consultant Services under Islamic Development Bank Project Financing (April 2019, revised in February 2023) and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the guidelines.
