Request for proposals for Impact Evaluation on Group Cash Transfers (GCTs) and their Contribution to Social Cohesion in Sudan. The evaluation will cover selected states where GCTs and FMGs have been implemented (e.g., River Nile, Kassala, White Nile, Northern, Gedaref, Red Sea). The consultant will evaluate previous projects based on below lines of inquiries: This evaluation will be conducted in line with the OECD DAC evaluation criteria, with a primary focus on Effectiveness, Impact, and Sustainability, and with cross-cutting attention to gender equality, inclusion, conflict sensitivity, and accountability to affected populations.
