Tender For Material And Labour For Conducting Rrs Exercise In Tech Area At Af Stn Utarlai- 1 M&L forbroken stone boulders of granite/ trap or basalt stone of size excexc 100mm but not exc 450 mm including surface dressing of stacking ground & stacked properly all as specified. 2 Supply only Granuler Sub Base delivered to any location in technical area& stacked properlyincluding surface dressing all as specified andas directed. 3 Supply only Wet Mix Macadamdelivered to any location in technical area as per design mix approved by GE and conforming toIS - 2286 all as specified.(rolling and spreading to required amber will be paid seperately.) 4 M&Lforcationic bitumen emulsionSSI Grade conforming to IS 8887 delivered to any location in technical area complete all as specified and directed. (charges for Bitumen emulsion machine stand ideal and working at site will be paid separately ) 5 M&L for lime unslaked, fat ormagnesium powder at RRS exercise location in packed HDPE bags all as specified and approved.(charges for labour stand ideal and working at site will be paid separately ) 6 M&L for bituminous premix dense asphaltic concrete- I (DAC-I) using paving bitumen grade VG 30 @ 6% by weight of total mix delivered to any location in technical area as per approved design mix by GE all as specified and directed.(charges for labour , paver roller and other required machinary forstand ideal and working at site will be paid separately ) 7 Supply only test report only job design mix formula for Dense Asphalt Concrete - I as per specification of Para 20.B.4 of MES SSR Part-Iof 150 mm thick (50 mm thick each layer) obtained from approved Lab including supply of material required for Job mix formula to Lab and payment of testing charges to approved Lab complete all as specified and directed 8 Supply test report only job design mix formula for Wet Mix Macadam as per specification of Para 20.B.5 of MES SSR Part-Iof 200 mm thickobtained from approved Lab including supply of material required for Job design mix formula to Laboratoryand payment of testing charges to approved Laboratorycomplete all as specified and directed 9 Hiring of mechanical Asphalt paver finisher of capacity 150 to 200 Tons/hour for laying of Dense asphalt concrete and Wet Mix Macadam all as directed. (Note : Rate to be quoted by contractor for vehicle/plant when working at site) . 10 Hiring of mechanical Asphalt paver finisher of capacity 150 to 200 Tons/hourfor laying of Dense asphalt concrete and Wet Mix Macadam all as directed. (Note: Rate to be quoted by contractor for plant when stand idle in standby condition in tech area/RRS exercise site ) 11 Hiring of Vibromax power rollerof capacity 8 to 12 tonne capacity for rolling/compaction of stone boulder, GSB and wet mix macadam all as directed. (Note : Rate to be quoted by contractor for vehicle/plant when working at site) . 12 Hiring of Vibromax power rollerof capacity 8 to 12 tonne capacity for rolling/compaction of stone boulder, GSB and wet mix macadam all as directed. (Note: Rate to be quoted by contractor for plant when stand idle in standby condition in tech area/RRS exercise site ) 21 Hiring of Tipper 8.5 Cum capacity delivered to any location in tech area for shifting of RRS material all as directed. (Note: Rate to be quoted by contractor for plant when stand idle in standby condition in tech area/RRS exercise site ) 23 Hiring of JCB 4 CXdelivered to any location in tech area for excavation of trenches/loading of RRS maerials all as directed. (Note: Rate to be quoted by contractor for plant when stand idle in standby condition in tech area/RRS exercise site ) 25 Hiring of furnance/compressore towed with tractor or other suitable vehicle for application of cationic bitumen emulsion at site all as directed. (Note : Rate to be quoted by contractor for furnance/compressore with towed tractor/other vehicle when working at site ) . 26 Hiring of furnance/compressore towed with tractor or other suitable vehicle all as directed.(Note: Rate to be quoted by contractor for veh/plant when stand idle in standby condition in tech area/RRS exercise site without any work ) 27 Hiring of front end loader (Hydraulic wheeled) delivered to any location in tech area for excavation in trenches/loading of RRS materials all as directed. Note : Rate to be quoted for plant when it is working at site) . 28 Hiring of front end loader (Hydraulic wheeled)delivered to any location in tech area all as directed. (Note: Rate to be quoted for plant when stand idle in standby condition in tech area/RRS exercise site without any work ) 29 Hiring of water bowzer of 10,000 Ltrs capacity with filled water in tech area at any location all as directed . (Note : Rate to be quoted for plant with driver ,helper and fuel when it is working at site.) 30 Hiring of water bowzer of 10,000 Ltrs capacity with filled water in tech area at any location all as directed . (Note : Rate to be quoted by contractor for water bowser provided in tech area at any location in standbycondition nearRRS exercise site for use of water as per requiements. Note for ser Items No 3 to 6 :- The contractor should liaise with other alternate agencies well in advance before RRS exercise for supply of materials as and when hot mix plant/loaded vehiclesgot offroad with no extra cost basis. If contractor fail to supply of these materials at site within one hours, the same should be arranged by the department from other contractor/agency and the full expenditure what ever may be should be paidby the subject CA contractor. Note for ser items No 9 to 30 :- The pre inspection/repairs if any etc should be carried out before entry of plants/vehicles by the contractor and liaise with other agencies alternately well in advance before the day of RRS exercise and if any vehicles/plantsgot offroad within given time and the same vehicles/plants should be arranged by the contractor and reached at RRS exercise location within 1 hours with no extra cost basis.If contractor shall fail to arrange the other vehicles/plantsin place of offroad vehicles/plants, the same should be arranged by the department from other contractor/agencyand his rate of vehicles/plantswhat ever may be should paid by the subject CA contractor. 31 M&L for 40 mm to 60 mm crushed stone aggregateicluding surface dressing of stacking of material ground & stacked properly all as specified. 32 Material and labour forsand cushion with clean river sand duly clear of residual,organic and deleterious materialsicluding surface dressing of stacking ground & stacked properly as specified and directed. 33 Material and labour for supplying and laying 400 micron thick HDPE sheet(Virgin Quality),water proof,wrinkle free without puncture having minimum weight 390gm/Sqm over tack coat/sand cushion as specified in the design with overlap between adjacent strips and at transverse joints as minimum 300mm complete all as specified and directed. 34 M&L for20 to 40 mmcrushed stone aggregateincluding surface dressing of stacking ground & stacked properly as specified and directed. 35 M& L for toeing, placing of IMDM/DES machine at RRS exercise site, not exc 5.00 kmlabour for pouringRapigrout cement slurry as per operating procedure of machine over upper layer of crushed graded stone aggregate to penetrate through upto the sand layer maintining proper level as per existing near by surface. Note (a) Rate are including following :- (i) Material for cleaning greasing and oiling of IMDM/DES machine before and after execute of RRS exercise (ii) Preparation of surface for assembling of IMDM/DES machine (iii) Toing back and placing IMDM/DES machine from RRS exercise site to store after completion of Exercsise. Note (b) for IMDM/DES machine - IMDM/DES machine will be operated byMES trained operator with help of contractor labour. fuel will be supplied by contractor. Contractor is not responsible for any damage and blockage in IMDM machine .
