Ge 881 Ews- Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floors and paving n exc. 15 cmthickness, below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed. 2 Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed. 3 Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc, complete all as specified and directed. 4 Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed. 5 Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground posts embedded in concrete complete all as specified and directed. 6 Dismantling mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and directed. 7 Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed. 15 M&L for boulder filling hand packed tightly (any thickness) at back of walls over arches etc, and raising (or lowering) to the required level compete all as specified and directed. 16 M& L for flush pointing in cement mortar (1:3) to random rubble masonry complete all as specified and directed. 17 S&F in repair PVC (SWR) pipes 110 mm dia of bore single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed. 18 M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1: 4 on fair faces ofbrick work or concrete surfaces, chajja and suspended workfinished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. 19 M & L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in surfaces channels and drain complete all as specified and directed. 20 Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner grith in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed. 21 Excavation in post holes each not exceeding 0.5 cum getting out, returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25cm, in any type of soil, complete all as specified. 22 M&L for MS work for fencing post and struts made from angle iron and flat iron in any section including cutting tops to shape , drilling holes and notching for fixing of wires etc confirming to Fe -290 grade, E-165, complete all as specified and directed. 23 Supply only chain link MS zink coated 60gm/sqm as per IS 4826 fencing of any mesh size and 3mm dia of untreated surfaces of steel any description over 10 cms width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 Grade,laid jointed pointed with grey cement and no pigments,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: The sample shall be got approved by GE before bulk procurement & lot shall be got tested independently by the GE. 37 M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 80mm thickness M-40 Grade,laid jointed pointed with grey cement and no pigments,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: The sample shall be got approved by GE before bulk procurement & lot shall be got tested independently by the GE. 38 Cleaning of blockage of Water Closet (Indian or European), trap &pipe line upto first manhole manually by Roding and making it fully functional by flushing with water to entire satisfaction of Enginerr-in-charge including removing the deposited sludge/solid/liquid material, outside MD land and burring in borrow pits including covering with fresh mud, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note:-Cost of Taking out sludge, transporting of sludge out side the defence land, earth work & deposition in the pit is deemed to be included in the unit rate to be quoted by tenderer. 39 Opening of cover (of any description and size) of septic tanks and soakage wells/pits, de-sluding / de-watering contaminatedwith fine waste materials ( liquid sludge) alongwith solid waste from septic tank and soakage wells/pits of any capacity/depth by mechanical pumping (Truck mounted mechanical machine) / manually making it fully functional to to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- charge and and removing & depositing the sludge outside the periphery of defence land at a minimum distance of 50 m from nearby living accn and burring in borrow pits including covering with fresh mud and refixing the cover after cleaning / removing the liquid waste material of septic tanks / soakage wells / pits including cutting holes through slab/ wall where required for inserting pipe and making good the same with cement mortar to match with existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note:-Cost of Taking out sludge, transporting of sludge out side the defence land, earth work & deposition in the pit is deemed to be included in the unit rate to be quoted by tenderer. 40 M&L for complete servicing and repair of Split type AC 1.5/2 Ton capacity incl taking down of air conditioner, servicing and cleaning of all accessories, oiling of fan motor, checking of wiring connections and re-fixing in the same in position and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
