REPAIR/Maintenance OF B/R WORKS AT SIG ENCLAVE, NEW APS COLONY, OLD APS COLONY & OTHER ADJOINING AREA OF AGE B/R-II UNDER GE (CENTRAL) DELHI CANTT-10- 1 Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar in any description and position, upto G+5 storey bldg complete all as specified.. 2 Brick work with old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radiusbuilt in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), upto G+5 storey bldg complete all as specified. 3 All as per serial item No 2 but except bricks, all as specified. (Servicable bricks retrieved from Serial Item No 01 shall be used).upto G+5 storey bldg complete all as specified. 4 M&L for preparation of old decoreated/undecoreatedexternal wall / Ceilingapplyingtwo coats of Oil bounddistemper by spray gun/ spray machine up to 5 storey bldg complete all asspecified and all as directed by Engr- in-charge.Note :- 1. Stage for prepration of surfaces shall be got approved from GE before applying the finishes.2. Material shall be procured from manufacturer and work shall be got executed through authorised applicator. Note rate quoted up to G+5 bldg including scaffolding 5 Material and labour for preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall to obtain clean, dry, and free of wax, grease, oil, loose or peeling paint, other foreign materials, etcs and applying one coats of High Penetration, water resistance, anti bacterial, Nanotechnology based Premium Waterproof Nano Cement Paint having zero VOC complete all as specified & directed.Note : Application shall be through Smart Painting tools as per Contract Conditions. 6 M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from external surfaces of wall by mechanised sander ofmakes viz Xpress sanding machine having suction vaccum bag or by manual scrapping tools where mechanical removal is not possible complete all as specified and all as directed by Engineer in charge and Applying two coats ofweather proofing exterior emulsion paint byspray gun/ spray machine incl one coat of primer up to 4 story bldg complete all asspecified and all as directed.Note for items ser No 6, 7, 8, 15 & 16:- (i) Rate quoted up to G+4 bldg including scaffolding.(ii) The work shall be executed through authorised applicator.(iii) Authorized applicator shall be approved by GE before starting of work.(iii) All materials shall be procured directly from manufacture. The purchase voucher shall be produced to the Engr-in-Charge shall be deface the original purchase voucher(iv) MoU with authorized applicator will be submitted successful L1bidder after opening of Financial Bid within a fixed time frame of 7 days otherwise tender will be cancelled.(v) A guarantee amount of 2.5 % of contractor of work done will be retained for 5 years of the completion of work. 7 M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from external surfaces of wall by mechanised sanderor equivalent makes viz Xpress sanding machine having suction vaccum bag or by manual scrapping tools where mechanical removal is not possible complete all as specified and all as directed by Engineer in charge andApplying one coats ofweather proofing exterior emulsion paintbyspray gun/ spray machine incl one coat of primer up to 4 story bldg complete all asspecified and all as directed. 8 Material and Labour for applying 02coats of 100% Nanotechnology based Nano water base high-performance, premium acrylic exterior anti carbonation emulsion paint with unique chemical composition of finest quality (using AIR-LESS PAINT SPRAYER) having VOC less than 38.40 gm/litre (Company Depot Tinted) and durable, water repellent, UV resistant, fungus/ algae/ bacteria resistant, thermally insulating, elastomeric, etc including priming coat of exterior nano primer applied @ 70-80 Sqft per ltr, over wall surfaces by using AIR-LESS PAINT PRIMER SPRAYER including preparation / levelling of old surface of wall using manual sand papers (where reqd) of approved grade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 9 All as per item No 8.00 here-in-before but 01 coat on existing surfaces 10 Taking down cement plaster on brick walls, or stone walls / ceilings etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified.Note rate quoted up to G+5 bldg including scaffolding. 11 Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick on fair face of brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 , finished even and fair without using extra cement and incl highly stretchable, durable and hydrophobic, Nanotechnology based Elastomeric Hydrophobic Powder/admixture (EHP) powder @ 1% of cement content complete all as specified and directed.Note : Elastomeric Hydrophobic Powder/admixture (EHP) shall be measured and paid as Supply only in respective item. 12 Material and labour for rendering 5mm thick on fair face concrete surfaces in CM 1:3, finished even and fair without using extra cement and incl highly stretchable, durable and hydrophobic, Nanotechnology based Elastomeric Hydrophobic Powder/admixture (EHP) powder @ 1% of cement content complete all as specified and directed.Note : Elastomeric Hydrophobic Powder/admixture (EHP) shall be measured and paid as Supply only in respective item. 13 M&L for applying of exterior wall care putty on newly/old plastered walls of 2-3mm thick including preparing the surface with even and smooth complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1. Wall putty to be procured from manufactures directly. 2. Bidder should consider the Cost of scaffolding in painting item. Seprate payment for scaffolding will not be paid to the contrator. 14 Material and labour for preparation of old/new plastered surfaces and applying Nanotechnology based Nano Putty is white cement based product with dispersible polymer and functional additives for application on interior rough plasters to give a smooth surface and will form base for paint finish for interiors of the building, applied in 02 coats of total thickness 1.5mm @ 1.2 kgs/sqm complete all as specified. 15 M&L for preparation of newly plaster surface of wall / Ceiling surfaceapplyingtwo coats of weather proofing exterior acrylic emulsion paint by spray gun/ spray machineincl one coat of primerup to 5 storey bldg including scaffoldingcomplete all asspecified and all as directed by Engr- in-charge. 16 M&L for preparation of newly plaster surface of wall / Ceiling surface for applying two coats of 100% Nanotechnology based Nano water base high-performance, premium acrylic exterior anti carbonation emulsion paint with unique chemical composition of finest quality (using AIR-LESS PAINT SPRAYER) having VOC less than 38.40 gm/litre (Company Depot Tinted) and durable, water repellent, UV resistant, fungus/ algae/ bacteria resistant, thermally insulating, elastomeric, etc including priming coat of exterior nano primer applied @ 70-80 Sqft per ltr, over wall surfaces by using AIR-LESS PAINT PRIMER SPRAYER including preparation / levelling of old surface of wall using manual sand papers (where reqd) of approved grade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 17 Material & labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of wood & wood based materials over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint completeall as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. 18 Material and labour for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old painted steel and ironsurfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth includingnecessary preparation of surfaces. 19 Dismantling floor,hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premisescomplete all as specified and as directed 20 M&L for 595mm to 605mm x 595 mm to 605 mm x7-8 mm rectified coloured ceramic tiles, joint free, as approved by Garrison Engineer in floors over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6,G+5 storey bldg complete all as specified. 21 M&L for 595 mm to 605 mm x 100 mm x 7-8 mm thick rectified coloured tiles as skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4G+5 storey bldg complete all as specified.. 22 M&L for Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white oroloured cement to match laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in cement mortar ( 1:6) G+5 storey bldg complete all as specified. 23 M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 300x450x6 to 8mm or (300x600mm)x8 to 10mm thick on vertical surfaces on skirting /dados and risers to steps laid and overincluding rendering 10mm thick cement mortar in CM 1:4G+5 storey bldg complete all as specified. 24 M & L for removal of plant growth by injection with chemical glyphosphate solution (4 % concentration) @ 20 ml or till refuse by cutting or injection in stem of plants or roots at 30 mm. The area shall then be sprayed with solution 25 ml glyphosphate (4% conc) diluted with 1 ltr of water.All roots of plants shall be removed completely and making good the disturbed surface and painted with cement base or acrylic paint all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge 25 Demolition of cement concrete to ground floor(unreinforced) and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing rubbish of out side MOD land. 26 Surface dressing not exc 15 cm deep in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge 27 M&L 50 mm thick PCC (1:4:8)type D 2 (40mm graded stone aggregate)as in sub base, complete all as specified. 28 M&L Sand filling (sand cushioning) under floors or in foundation incl watering and consolidation all as spd and directed. 29 M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment all as spd and directed 30 S & F in repairs 100 mm dia cast iron (spun pipe) soil, waste and vent pipes in any length with or without ears, with cement joints, fixed in walls/floors/trenches etc complete all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge Note : For pipes fixed on walls to be suitably clamped using stack clamps to maintain 10 to 15 cm distance from the wall (rates inclusive in this item) of appropriate size @ 2 m apart for height of pipe) and all the necessary scaffolding, padding, trestles required for carrying out work should be borne by the contractor in this item only and nothing extra should be paid to contractor for height of building upto G+5 31 S & F in repairs 75 mm dia cast iron (spun pipe) soil, waste and vent pipes in any length with or without ears, with cement joints, fixed in
