Tender For Special Repair/ Replacement To Certain Electrical Infrastructure And Allied Works At Certain Locations At Af Stn Arjangarh Under Ge (Af) Gurgaon- 1 Dismantling of ACSR or AAC conductor complete all as specified and directed. 2 Dismantling cross arms of MS channel or angle sections etc complete and setting for re-use or takingto schedule of creditcomplete all as specified and directed. 3 Dismantling insulators any type any size complete all as specified and directed. 4 M&L for dismantling concrete poles/ struts, any size complete all as specified and directed. 5 Supply, laying and testing XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 3.5 core 50 sq mm incl taking out/ down old u/s existing cable. complete all as specifiedand directed by Engr-in-Charge. 6 Supply, laying and testing XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 4 core 16 sq mm incl taking out/ down old u/s existing cable complete all as specifiedand directed by Engr-in-Charge. 7 Supply, laying and testing XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 3.5 core 35 sq mm complete all as specifiedand directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note for item No.5 to 7.1.The rate quoted by the contractor deemed to be inclusive of suitable size aluminium lugs at any required length at both ends of cable.2.Suitable size of cable chromium plated stainless steel grands etc. as specifiedand directed by Engr-in-Charge. 8 M&L for Wiring with 1.5 sq mm 2runs of single core multistrandPVC insulated, unsheathed cable conforming to IS - 694, 1100 volts with copper conductor etc as required and connecting toboardto fitting as specifiedand directed by Engr-in-Charge. 9 M & L Earthing complete for sub station equipments with galvanized steel earth pole electrod of size 600x600x6.3mm thick burried directly in the ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge ofplate not less than 1.5 metre below the ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 25 x 4 mm by means of nuts, bolts,check nuts and washers of galvanised or steel all as specified or shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-2009( Part-l), including ncessary earth work and excavation in any strata, GI pipe 40mm dia light grade for protection of galvanised iron earthing strip upto 7.5 mtrs,including concrete chamber of PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) having copping in PCC (1:3:6) Type C-1using 20mm graded stonr aggregate. HT sheet alongwith base plate of size 250x250x12 mm thickness PCD -200mm and 4 nos of M24X750mm long J type EN 8 grade foundation bolts along with template including1.5 meter long hot dip galvanised single arm bracket made up of 40nb dia GI pipe suitable to mount on pole having top 70mmA/F, complete all as specified and directed. HT sheet alongwith base plate of size 250x250x12 mmthickness PCD -200mm and 4 nos of M24X750mm long J type EN 8 grade foundation bolts along with template including1.5 meter long hot dip galvanised double arm bracket made up of 40nb dia GI pipe suitable to mount on pole having top 70mmA/F, complete all as specified and directed.Note : Excavation and PCC will be measured and paid separately under respective items. 16 M&L for Cutting existing road surfaces or hard standing 0.45 mtr depth and 0.3 mtr width (22 CM thick comprising bituminous topping) for laying of pipes/cables and making good to the disturbed surfaces to match with existing complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rate quoted by the contractor deemed to be inclusive of PCC 1:2:4 to be required to making good the disturbed surface to match with existing complete all as specified and directed. 17 Supply and fixingof GI tubing, light grade, 50 mm bore with all fitting lais in trenches / pole / wall for protection of cables in repairs complete all as specified and directed. 18 Excavation in trenches in soft/ loosesoil and not exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for laying of cable /fixing poles, stays etc and getting out complete all as specified and directed 19 Returning, filling in excavated approved soil, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each complete all as specified and directed 20 Removing excavated material (surplus soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed. 21 M&L for sand cushning to U/G cable in layers of 23cm thick (8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm thick after laying the cable) in trenches including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Compacted Thickness shall be 18 cm considered for measurement and payment purpose. 22 M&L for bricksslightly over burnt (kiln burnt), modularbricks , best quality, locally available , laid flat, dry, laid in trenches along the length of cable transvarsally with width equal to length of brickfor cable protection complete all as specified and as directed. 23 M & L for Horizontal drilling hole at a depth upto 1 mtr below the normal ground level of suitable size to insert pipe upto 40-100mm dia across the road across the horizontal position at different location complete all as specified and as directed. 24 M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in base the pole, complete all as specified and directed. 25 M&L forPCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation for poles with formworkcomplete all as directed and as specified. 26 M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in base,coping of the pole, complete all as specified and directed. 27 Net Contract Sum will be after deducting Sch of Credit of Rs91,624.00
