Note: -For WPC solid door/windows frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e., depth and width of profile dimension on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made. 16 Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type flush door shutter molded of size 30mm thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and nontoxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk stainless steel screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. 17 S&F FRP (Fiberglass reinforced plastics) chajja 4mm thick of fibreways or equivalent in required colour size and design made by resin transfer moulding (RTM) machine technology having smooth gradual slope curvature for easy drainage of water and duly reinforced by 2 Nos vertically and 1 Nos horizontally 50 x 2 mm thick mild steel flat with 12mm in built hole for grouting on the existing wall along with the 50mm flanges duly inserted and sealed in the wall complete in one single piece casted monolithically including all necessary fittings. The FRP Chajja should be manufactured using unsaturated polyster resin as per IS:6746 duly reinforced with fiberglass chopped strand mat (CSM) as per IS:11551 complete with protective gelcat ultravoulet coating on top for complete resistance fromm the extreme of temperature, weather & sunlight. (Note - All the gaps are sealed using silicon sealant from tip and bottom to make it water proof including grouting in existing wall and fitting with suitable screws and fixtures upto 3rd floor level incl all labour material tools and plants, scaffolding safety arrangements quality checks complete in all respect all as specified and directed. 18 S&F Aluminium window as per TD drg No. CEDZ/TD-316 with following specifications :- (i) Outer frame of size 40mmx114mm with 1.3mm thickness, corner 45 degree cut & aluminium welded. (ii) Center mullion of size 40mmx65mm. (iii) Welded shutter (02 Nos) of size 40mm x 60mm x 1.3mm thickness 45 degree cut mechanically joint with 6mm allen key bolt clamp with 5mm clear glass both side EPDM rubber gasket metal body hand lever type single point lock, aluminium kobra hinges 2 Nos per shutter. (iv) 12mm SS 202 grade round bar safety grill at 100mm cc distance modified to 150mm cc distance in front of handle, welded at both ends with 6mm SS 202 grade round bar. (v) Welded wire mesh shutter (2 Nos) of size 40mm x 18mm x 1.3mm thickness 45 degree cut with 0.45mm nominal dia of stainless steel wire mesh, stainless steel 75mm long hinges & PVC magnet. (vi) Entire window shall be powder coated with pure polyester coat of any shade as approved by GE. (vii) Window shall have provision for installation of window AC/Desert Cooler and provision of window glass shutter, wire mesh, grill and necessary fittings and locking arrangements for subject portion will be modified as per ground requirement during the execution as per directions of Engr-in-charge.
