Tender For Ttps - Mech.Ii - Ahp - Unit I Bah - Attending Breakdown Maintenance Works In Bah-I For The Period From 01.04.2026 To 31.03.2027 - Charges for replacement of wornout power cylinder assembly by new/reconditioned or rectifying the internal parts of the power cylinder and checking the power cylinder operation with out affecting the system as per site condition including cost of consumables and T&P hire charges. 2 Charges for replacement of combination tube or inlet piece or nozzle or hand hole or hydraulic ejector assembly in ash slurry line including cost of consumables and T&P hire charges. 3 Charges for replacement of wornout 60Ton/hr clinker grinder assembly or feed sump by new/reconditioned as per site condition including cost of consumables and T&P hire charges. 4 Charges for releasing BAH feed sump choke or removal of foreign material from the feed sump / Clinker grinder as per site condition including cost of consumables and T&P hire charges. 5 Charges for changing the ball & socket assembly in the feed gate or rectification of feed gate dislocation by opening the inspection door providing additional supports, etc., including cost of consumables and T&P hire charges. 6 Charges for renewal of clinker grinder Bearing or glands or flanged bearing housing or Gland follower or Gland cover as per site condition including cost of consumables and T&P hire charges. 7 Charges for removal of choke in 200NB ash slurry pipe line from BAH to ash slurry sump as per site condition including cost of consumables and T&P hire charges. 8 Charges for replacement/ overhauling the worn out 200/150/100 NB plate/butterfly/gate/ NRV valves as per site condition including cost of consumables and T&P hire charges. 9 Charges for replacement of wornout 200NB ash slurry pipe line or bend and devaluating the retrieved pipes to stores, including cost of consumables and T&P hire charges. 10 Charges for replacement of wornout 200NB coupling assembly or coupling flange or aligning ring new/SH in ash slurry pipe line including cost of consumables and T&P hire charges. 11 Charges for dismantling and assembling of 150/100 NB lines with proper supports including cost of patch welding as per site condition including cost of consumables and T&P hire charges. 13 Charges for fabrication of 250/200/150NB 90/45 degree Bend / Tee / Reducer/Spool piece including cost of consumables and T&P hire charges. 14 Charges for fabrication of 100/80NB 90/45 degree Bend / Tee / Reducer/ Spool piece including cost of consumables and T&P hire charges. 15 Charges for fabrication of 250/200/150 NB MS flange in 16/25 mm thick plate including cost of consumables and T&P hire charges. 16 Charges for fabrication of 100/80 NB M.S flange in 16/25 mm thick plate including cost of consumables and T&P hire charges. 17 Charges for erection of 250/200/150 NB M.S flange in the fabricated Tee / Bend / Reducer/ Spool piece and grinding the welded portion including cost of consumables and T&P hire charges. 18 Charges for erection of 100/80 NB M.S flange in the fabricated Tee / Bend / Reducer/ Spool piece and grinding the welded portion including cost of consumables and T&P hire charges. 19 Charges for replacement of wornout 200NB Slurry Lateral joint (or) Basalt bend in the ash slurry pipe line including cost of consumables and T&P hire charges. 20 Charges for renewal of failed gasket in Bottom ash hopper jet pump or combination tube or BAW pipe line or Regular make up line BAH overflow line including cost of consumables and T&P hire charges. 21 Charges for opening the BAH inspection door and cleaning inside of bottom ash hopper by water jetting using fire hoses for facilitated to removing the accumulated clinker or foreign materials during unit under shutdown condition including cost of consumables and T&P hire charges. 22 Charges for removing the clinkers and ash deposit in the BAH seal trough flushing the entire depth of seal trough including cost of consumables and T&P hire charges. 23 Charges for checking the alignment in between BAH clinker grinder gear box and motor with dial gauge and normalizing the system including cost of consumables and T&P hire charges. 24 Charges for SS welding in the cracked portion of BAH flushing header pipe / seal trough / feed sump / bottom ash water line including cost of consumables and T&P hire charges. 25 Charges for removal of ash slag and foreign materials in ash slurry trench from BAH outlet to slurry lateral joint, cleaning the BAH floor area and dewatering the BAH sump including cost of consumables and T&P hire charges. 26 Charges for cleaning the BAH safety plat form at 8mtr elevation by removing coal dust, cotton waste, dusts, scraps, cut bits, etc., including cost of consumables and T&P hire charges. 27 Charges for renewal of gland rope packing in clinker grinder as per site condition including cost of consumables and T&P hire charges. (Gland rope will be supplied by board) 28 Charges for checking and choke releasing in BAH flushing header pipes and regular make up jetting nozzle as per site condition including cost of consumables and T&P hire charges. 29 Charges for releasing the choke in Air vent pipe line or view glass cooling water line and changing the view glass in BAH as per site condition including cost of consumables and T&P hire charges. 30 Charges for replacing or overhauling the wornout clinker grinders gear box or fluid coupling and checking alignment in between clinker grinder gear box, fluid coupling and drive motor including cost of consumables and T&P hire charges. 31 Charges for monitoring the Bottom ash hopper and ash disposal equipments during slag evacuation without abnormal occurrence like BAH mouth choke, Glinker grinder choke, reduction gear box struck up and chain slippage due to overload by releasing the BAH mouth choke, clinker grinder choke, checking oil level in reduction gear box, fluid coupling and air-oil pressure tank, applying sufficient lubrication in simplex roller chain, checking and ensuring the flow of water in clinker grinder gland sealing water assembly, etc., including T&P hire charges. 32 Charges for dismantling the wornout 60 Ton/Hr capacity Clinker grinder assembly such as roller shaft, bearings, bearing housing, shaft seal housing, gland covers, wear plates and rollers bodies, etc., including cost of consumables and T&P hire charges. 33 Assembly of Clinker Grinder:(60 Ton/hr cap) Inspection of SS sleeve, apron plate and guide plate for wear and tear and replacement if necessary. Assembling of drive / driven roller with shaft assembly. Fixing of bearing housing base plate assembly. Inspection of pressure ring and lantern ring for wear and tear and replacement if necessary. Packing of graphite rope and fixing of gland by gland packing nut. Fixing and tightening of sleeve lock nut. Inspection of oil seal (inner) and bearing for wear and tear and replacement if necessary, fixing of bearing housing and tightening using lock nut Inspection of oil seal (outer) for wear and tear and replacement if necessary and fixing the bearing cover. Assembling of driven sprocket, fixing of lock nut and tightening. Mounting of gear wheel and tightening using lock nut.
