Tenders are invited for Construction of Internal Wastewater Collection Network & Pumping System for the Textile Manufacturing Zone (ETMZ) at Punnaikuda, Eravurpattu, Batticaloa A complete set of Procurement documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written request on a business letter head addressed to the Actg. Executive Director (Technical Services), Board of Investment of Sri Lanka, Technical Services Department, Level 5, World Trade Centre-West Tower, Echelon Square, Colombo 01 from 26.12.2025 until 05.02.2026, from 0900 hours to 1500 hours on working days and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 100,000.00 (inclusive SSCL & VAT). The method of payment will be in cash to the Shroff, Board of Investment of Sri Lanka, World Trade Center - West Tower, Echelon Square, Colombo 01.
