The Object Of The Intended Ödla Is The Operation Of The Section Of The U6 Line From Klinikum Großhadern To Campus Martinsried. The Ödla Refers To Local Public Transport Services (Öpnv) Within The Meaning Of Section 8 Pbefg. It Obliges To Provide The Transport Service In Subway Traffic. In Addition, The Operation Of The Rail Infrastructure Is The Subject Of The Ödla. In Total, According To The Current Planning Status, The Transport Services To Be Awarded At The Start Of Operations Amount To Around 84,081 Train Kilometers Per Year. The Ödla Will Contain Requirements Regarding Timetables, Transport Charges And Standards Of The Transport Services Covered. The Operator Is Granted An Exclusive Right For Traffic Within The Limits Of Section 8A Paragraph 8 Pbefg. The Ödla Will Contain Regulations According To Which The Transport Offer Can Be Adapted To Changing Transport Needs Or Financial Conditions And To The Local Transport Plans In The Currently Applicable Version As Well As To Other Changed Circumstances Within The Framework Specified In The Ödla.
