Roadworks – Construction Of A Bicycle Path Along District Road No. 4626 P On The Trojanów-Chełmce Section. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of A Task In The Design And Build Formula, Including The Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation For The Construction Of A Bicycle Path Along With The Necessary Complementary Infrastructure, On The Basis Of Which It Will Be Possible To Implement The Investment Both In Formal, Legal And Technical Terms, And To Perform The Works In Accordance With This Design Documentation. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular The Preparation Of Design Documentation Together With Obtaining A Zrid Decision For And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party And The Construction Of A Bicycle Path Along The District Road No. 4626 P On The Trojanów-Chełmce Section Along With The Necessary Complementary Infrastructure. 3. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz (Functional And Utility Program) And Annex No. 9 (Important Provisions Of The Contract). In The Event Of Discrepancies In The Provisions Of The Above Documents, The Provisions Indicated In The Essential Provisions Of The Agreement Shall Prevail. 4. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For Defects For At Least 5 Years On The Completed Subject Of The Order, Counting From The Date Of Final Acceptance.
