The Subject Of The Order Does Not Cover Property Belonging To Wwe, I.E. The Warsaw Energy Plant Located At Ul. Zabraniecka 2 In Warsaw C) Civil Liability Insurance For The Business Conducted And Owned Property (Oc) (Cpv - 66516000-0) The Subject Of The Third Party Liability Order Also Covers The Activities Of Wwe, I.E. The Warsaw Energy Plant Located At Ul. Zabraniecka 2 In Warsaw (Municipal Waste Incineration And Sorting Plant). Insurance Coverage Is Valid From The First Day Of The Insurance Period, Regardless Of Any Other Provisions Of The General Insurance Conditions. The Contract Will Be Implemented For A Period Of 12 Months, Counting From The Date Of The Actual Commencement Of Insurance Coverage, Based On The Unit Price (Understood As The Premium For A 12-Month Period Of Insurance Coverage) Proposed By The Contractor In The Most Advantageous Offer. The Actual Date Of Commencement Of Insurance Coverage Will Be Determined By The Ordering Party At A Later Date, Provided That It Will Take Place No Earlier Than March 1, 2026.
