Construction Work For Multi-Dwelling Buildings And Individual Houses – Construction Of Municipal Buildings At Ul. Nadrzeczna In Kamienna Góra. 1. The Public Procurement Procedure Is Conducted In The Form Of An Open Tender Referred To In Art. 132 Of The Act Of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1320, As Amended), Hereinafter Referred To As The Act. 2. The Ordering Party Provides Pursuant To Art. 139 Section 1 Of The Act, The Order Of Evaluation Of Offers Is Reversed (Reverse Procedure). 2.1. First, The Ordering Party Will Examine And Evaluate The Offers, And Then Subjectively Qualify The Contractor Whose Offer Was Rated The Highest In Terms Of The Lack Of Grounds For Exclusion And Compliance With The Conditions For Participation In The Proceedings. 2.2. In Connection With The Use Of This Procedure, The Ordering Party Does Not Require Submitting The Declaration Referred To In Chapter Xi Point 2 Of The Swz Together With The Offer. The Ordering Party Will Request This Declaration Only From The Contractor Whose Offer Was Rated The Highest. 2.3. If There Are Grounds For Exclusion In Respect Of The Contractor Whose Offer Was Rated The Highest, The Contractor Does Not Meet The Conditions For Participation In The Proceedings, Does Not Submit Subjective Evidence Or A Declaration Referred To In Chapter Xi Point 2 Of The Swz Confirming The Lack Of Grounds For Exclusion Or Meeting The Conditions For Participation In The Proceedings, The Ordering Party Will Re-Examine And Evaluate The Offers Of The Remaining Contractors, And Then Subjectively Qualify The Contractor Whose Offer Was Rated The Highest In Terms Of The Lack Of Grounds For Exclusion And The Fulfillment Of The Conditions For Participation In The Proceedings. 2.4. The Contracting Authority Continues The Reverse Procedure Until The Most Advantageous Offer Is Selected Or The Contract Award Procedure Is Canceled.
