Patient-Administration System - Delivery And Implementation Of A Drug Storage And Distribution System With Hardware Infrastructure At The National Institute Of Geriatrics, Rheumatology And Rehabilitation. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Installation, Configuration And Implementation Of A Drug Storage And Distribution System And Hardware Infrastructure, Along With Integration With The Ordering Partys His It System (Amms Manufactured By Assecco Poland S.A.), As Well As Providing A Warranty For The Subject Of The Order For A Period Of 36 Months. 2. As Part Of The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, The Following Elements Of The Drug Storage And Distribution System Will Be Delivered: 1) Automatic Warehouse For Drugs In Commercial Packaging, Which Includes A Pharmacy Robot; 2) A System Of Automated Medicine Cabinets For The Ordering Partys Hospital Departments (Drug Cabinets) Along With An Application Server And Software; 3) Electric Trolleys For Transporting Medicines From The Hospital Pharmacy To The Ordering Partys Departments And Clinics. 3. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform The Following Tasks: 1) Delivery Of The Elements Of The Subject Of The Order Indicated In Section 2 Above; 2) Installation, Implementation, Configuration And Launch Of Individual Elements Of The Subject Of The Order, Including System Software, In The Technical Infrastructure Indicated By The Ordering Party; 3) Conducting Training Workshops For The Ordering Partys Staff On The Operation Of The Drug Storage And Distribution System, Along With The Preparation Of Training Materials (Each User Of The Training Workshops Must Also Receive A Certificate Of Completion). The Ordering Party Plans To Send At Least 30 People For Training, I.E.: A) 4 Administrators; B) 2 Osoby Z Działu Technicznego; C) 6 Farmaceutów Z Apteki Szpitalnej; D) 6 Pielęgniarek Oddziałowych; E) 12 Pielęgniarek Z Oddziałów Szpitalnych; 4) Integration Of The Installed System With The His System (Amms - Asseco Polska) Owned By The Ordering Party, Along With The Purchase And Delivery Of All Necessary Licenses Necessary For Such Integration; 5) Preparation Of Post-Implementation Documentation Of The Installed System And Hardware Infrastructure; 6) Provision Of Warranty And Maintenance Services (Periodic Inspections) For The Entire Delivered And Completed Subject Of The Order For A Period Of 36 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The System, Without Any Reservations. 4. The Subject Of The Order Is Implemented As Part Of The Project Entitled Digital Transformation Of Medical Data, Cybersecurity At The National Institute Of Geriatrics, Rheumatology And Rehabilitation Implemented As Part Of The National Reconstruction And Resilience Plan, Component D Efficiency, Availability And Quality Of The Health Care System, Investment D1.1.2 Accelerating The Processes Of Digital Transformation Of Health Care Through Further Development Of Digital Services In Health Care. 5.
