Design - Phases: Pt +Cs + Pac+De+At And Execution Of Works, Technological And Functional Equipment For The Project: Rehabilitation, Consolidation, Modernization, Energy Efficiency Body C1, Partial Demolition And Reconstruction C1, Demolition C2, C3 In The Premises Of The Recovery Hospital - Neuropsychomotory Department For Children - 1 Mai Bathrooms C1 - Interventions On The Existing Building As Well As The Functional Structure, This Includes: * Ground Floor: Reception Area And Reception Office, Guard Room, Medical Offices, Electrotherapy, Physiotherapy, Magnetodiaflux, Hydrotherapy, Paraffin, Salons, Changing Rooms, Playroom, Sanitary Groups, Technical Spaces, Kitchens, Dining Room And Lecture Halls; * Floor 1: Physical Medicine And Balneology Recovery Department - Children; The Existing Kitchen And Dining Room On The Ground Floor Of The Building Will Be Relocated To The Preserved Area Of The C1 Body, It Is Proposed To Partially Demolish The C1 Body In The Area Where The Existing Kitchen Is Located, And In Its Place It Is Proposed To Expand The C1 Body With 48 Rooms. Also, On The Ground Floor, Hidroterapia 2 Will Be Relocated In Place Of The Parafina Room, And This Will Be Relocated In Place Of The Playground On The Ground Floor. In The Entire Building, The Finishes Will Be Redone In Warm And Soothing Colors. It Is Planned To Finish The Floors With Pvc In The Entire Body Of The Hospital And To Finish The Walls With Pvc Wallpaper. The Existing Beds In The Salons (With Mechanical Actuation) Will Be Replaced With Others, With Increased Comfort And Electric Operation, Of The Latest Generation.
