The Design Documentation Being The Subject Of The Order Consists Of, Among Others: From The Following Design Studies (Or Sets Of Design Studies) For Three Pre-Prepared Route Variants: - Studies In The Field Of Traffic Analysis And Forecast, - Promotional Materials For Information Meetings With The Public, - Map Preparation For Design Purposes, - Geological, Hydrogeological And Geotechnical Studies, - Environmental Studies, - Materials For The Assessment And Audit Of Road Safety, - Materials After The Road Safety Audit, - Studies Economic And Financial, - Technical Studies, With Design Solutions In The Road, Bridge And Related Industries, - Providing Answers At The Stage Of The Tender Procedure. The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into The Basic Scope And The Optional Scope (Option Right). In The Basic Scope, The Technical, Economic And Environmental Study With Elements Of The Program Concept Together With Complete Materials For Issuing A Decision On Environmental Conditions For The Task Construction Of The Łuków Bypass Along National Roads No. 63 And 76 Is A Two-Stage Design Study: - The First Stage Of A General Nature, - The Second Stage Constituting A Detailed Description Of The Solutions Developed In The First Stage. The Purpose Of The Study Is: In The First Stage: - Preliminary Determination Of The Material And Financial Scope Of The Project And Determination Of Its Effectiveness, - Designation Of Route Variants And Final Determination Of The Types And Basic Technical Parameters Of Building Structures, - Providing Information For Making A Preliminary Investor Decision On The Advisability, Scope And Time Horizon Of Implementing The Investment Task, - Enabling Obtaining A Decision On Environmental Conditions; In The Second Stage: - Clarification Of The Material And Financial Scope Consisting In Determining Detailed Geometric Solutions Of Roads, Road Structures Of Engineering Structures, Field Boundaries Of The Investment Task And The Bill Of Quantities Of Works And Their Cost Estimate For Key Elements Of The Project, - Defining Guidelines For The Construction Design, - Performing A Multi-Criteria Analysis Enabling The Ordering Party To Select The Most Advantageous Technical Variants For Further Implementation.
