Quotation are invited for Provision and Delivery of Meals to Patients The objective of this call for tender is to identify a supplier for the daily provision and delivery of meals to our patients. Our need is detailed in 1 Explanation of the need. If you are interested in this cooperation, we would like to ask you to follow the bellow rules of consultation: Send your offer before 18th of January 2026 at 11AM to the attention of MSF France supply department at the below address: MSF France Diplomatic area, behind Al-Aqel mosque, Sanaa Your offer should be in paper format, completed, stamped and in electronic format in a USB key in a closed envelope. It should include the below documents: - 1 - MSF Charter (signed) - 2 - MSF Ethical Practices (signed), - 3 - Request for Proposal: Questionnaire (completed and signed) - 4 Menus and price (completed and signed) - 5 - Copy of Corporate Ownership/ Commercial Registration and / Tax ID (to be provided by the bidder) Important: MSF will only consider completed offers to carry out this market assessment. MSF shall award a service contract to the most suitable bidder as per the information provided. MSF France will initiate negotiations with 3 shortlisted suppliers after delivery of the offers and will select only one supplier at the end of this process. This letter shall not be considered in any way as an offer of agreement with your company. Bidders cannot pretend of any financial compensation for responding to this RFP. Average quantity is indicated for information purpose only.
