The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Last, Third Stage Of The Investment Works Entitled Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Teutonic Castle In Świecie - Protection Of Cultural Heritage And Development Of Cultural Resources By Increasing The Existing Potential Of The Teutonic Castle In Świecie. In The Earlier Stages, Work Was Carried Out On The Reconstruction Of The Interior Of The Castle And The Development Of Its Immediate Vicinity. Currently, Renovation And Construction Works Are Planned To Be Completed At The Castle.2. The Scope Of This Order Includes In Particular: - Reconstruction Of The Roof Of The Northern Wing And The Northern Tower, - Repair Of The Ceiling Above The Existing Flat Roof Of The Northern Wing, - Ceilings In The Room Above The Chapter House, - Masonry Works In The Attic, - Construction Of The Floor In The Room Above The Chapter House With Heating, - Construction Of The Floor Above The Chapel With Heating, - Construction Of The Floor Under The Cover Of The Northern Wing, - Construction Of New Window Joinery, - Completion Of The Staircase With Exit Over The Existing Flat Roof, – Completion Of The Elevator Shaft With An Elevator, – Repair Of The Existing Ceiling, – Construction Of A Monitoring System, – Reconstruction And Renovation Of The Southern And Eastern Towers Up To The Height Of The Existing Southern Tower, Together With The Reconstruction Of External Stairs, – Renovation Of Walls And Brick Walls Along With The Construction Of Entrance Gates, – Construction Of A Pedestrian Road From The Eastern Wing, – Construction Of External Lighting, – Construction Of Electrical, Water And Sewage Installations And Heating.3. As Part Of The Task, The Contractor Is Also Obliged To: - Ensure Archaeological Supervision Over All Earthworks And Report Archaeological Works In Accordance With The Design Documentation And Arrangements Included In The Project While Carrying Out The Works, - Perform A Fire Safety Assessment.4. Pursuant To Art. 100 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Investment Will Be Accessible To Disabled People By Eliminating Architectural Barriers. It Is Planned To Complete The Lift Shaft With An Elevator And Build A Toilet, Taking Into Account The Needs Of People With Disabilities.5. The Ordering Party Requires A Mandatory On-Site Visit.
