A Detailed Description Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1A To This Specification. 3. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered In The Form Of Delivery To The Road Service Of The District Office In Środa Śląska, Ul. Świdnicka 33, 55-300 Środa Śląska, Which Will Be Completed Within The Time Specified In The Submitted Offer Of The Selected Contractor. 4. Additional Requirements As Part Of The Order Execution: 1) Minimum Warranty. 24 Months2) Training Min. 2 Operators, 1 Hour Each3) Service Distance Max 100 Km.5. Necessary Documents Supplied With The Vehicle:1) Owners Manual In Polish In Paper And/Or Electronic Form.2) Technical Specification Of The Offered Water Tanker, Including Complete Technical Data And Equipment.3) Catalog Of Spare Parts And Consumables For The Water Tanker In Polish.4) Homologation Certificate.5) Manufacturers Warranty Card.6) Declaration Of Conformity With Ce.7) Documents Necessary For Registration In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law As A Special Vehicle; 8) Hygienic Certificate Of The National Institute Of Hygiene Confirming That The Tanker Is Permitted To Transport, Store And Distribute Water Intended For Human Consumption In An Emergency Situation;
