The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Investment Project Called Modernization Of The Water Supply Main In The Western Direction, Including: A) A Well Liquidation Project, A Water Law Report For The Liquidation Of A Well Along With Obtaining A Water Law Permit, As Well As The Development And Obtaining Of Other Required Documents For The Procedure Of Liquidation Of A Well Located On Plot No. 1077/2, District 0023 Ślepowron, Commune Wolanów, Owned By Wodociągy Miejskie W Radomiu Sp. Z O. O.;B) Construction Of A Water Pumping Station, Clean Water Expansion Tanks Along With Technical Infrastructure Located On Plot No. 1077/2, District 0023 Ślepowron, Commune. Wolanów, Owned By Wodociągy Miejskie W Radomiu Sp. Z O. O. And Obtaining The Necessary Permits And Decisions Necessary To Carry Out Construction Works, Including Obtaining A Valid Building Permit Or Effective Notification Of Works That Do Not Require Obtaining A Valid Building Permit; C) Modernization Of Underground Infrastructure Built In The Chamber Located On Plot No. 53/2, Sheet 181, Precinct 0200 Kierzków. This Modernization Must Include The Replacement Of Fittings Located In The Chamber, Including, Among Others: Gate Valves, Pipeline Elements, Non-Return Valve Along With The Renovation Of The Chamber Itself. Note: The Contractor Is Obliged To Verify The Assumptions Adopted In The Concept Attached To The Opz Entitled: Construction Of A Water Pumping Station From The Sławno Water Treatment Plant For The Wolanów Commune, Plot No. 1077/2 In The Town Of Ślepowron (Area 0023, Wolanów Commune), With Particular Emphasis On The Balance Of Water Demand And The Assumed Sizes Of Tanks Retention And Parameters Of The Pumping Station. If There Is A Need To Introduce Changes To The Design Assumptions In Relation To The Solutions Adopted In The Above-Mentioned Concept, The Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Prepared By The Contractor Must Take Into Account The Verified Assumptions.
