The Ordering Party Requires That All Offered Devices Are The Same (Same Manufacturer, Model Type Or Other Marking Identifying The Product)2) File Server/Disk Array For Data Archiving - 11 Pcs. Are Ordered For The Needs Of The Organizational Units Of The Krotoszyn County, Which Will Be User Of The Ordered Equipment.3) The Submitted Offer Should Cover The Entire Material And Quantitative Scope Specified In This Specification Of Terms Of Contract (Opz) For The Task In Question.4) The Ordering Party Has Determined The Minimum Technical Parameters That The Equipment Offered By The Contractor Should Meet. The Contractor May Offer A Product With Better Parameters Than Those Described By The Ordering Party In Annexes No. 1 And 1 A To Swz5) In The Technical Specification Of The Offered Equipment (Appendix No. 1 A), The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Name Of: A) The Manufacturer And The Brand, Type, Model Of The Offered Equipment B) Manufacturer, Model And Name Of The Processor 6) In The Technical Specification Of The Offered Equipment, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Description Of The Offered Equipment, Confirming That It Meets The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party. The Description Should Be Made In Such A Way That The Ordering Party Is Able To Determine Whether The Offered Equipment And Its Individual Elements Clearly Meet The Requirements Specified In The Order Documents. The Parameters Of The Offered Hardware/Software Should Be Specified In An Unambiguous And Unambiguous Manner.
