Scope Of Work:1) The Subject Of The Contract Is: Execution Of Works Related To The Implementation Of The Task Specified In The Design Documentation Entitled: Protection Of Biodiversity And Limiting The Negative Impact Of Tourist Traffic On Naturally Valuable Areas And Promotion Of Local Natural Values In The Western Subregion In The Scope Of The Śmieszek Pond In Żory.2) The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular The Construction Of: A) Pedestrian Paths With Wooden And Aggregate Surfaces, B) Designed Facilities: I.E. Two Bridges - Lookout Room, Educational Shelter, Utility (Technical) Shelter And Six Culverts P1-P6, C) Elements Of Small Architecture, Including: Composter, Viewing Frame/Window, Benches And Seats, Waste Bins, Bird And Bat Houses, Insect Houses, As Well As A Bonfire Circle With Benches, An Educational Board Inside Lookout Room No. 1 And Placing The Black-Headed Frog Logo In The Locations Specified In The Project, D) Renovation Of Ten Existing Wooden Fishing Piers, E) Works Related To Greenery, Including: Tree Care (28 Pcs.), Cutting Down Trees (31 Pcs.), Planting Plants (Including Replacement Plantings After Felling) And Caring For Replacement Plantings And Other Plantings, As Well As Maintenance And Cleaning Of Animal Boxes Until Final Acceptance.3) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) Documentation Design, B) Bill Of Quantities, C) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works.
