1. The Subject Of The Order Is Comprehensive Service In The Field Of Creating Graphic Designs Used In Connection With Planned Activities Promoting The Małopolska Brand By Individual Departments Of The Marshals Office Of The Małopolska Voivodeship. As Part Of The Order, Various Graphic Designs Will Be Created, Both For Print And The Internet. The Service Also Includes The Transfer Of Copyright To Projects.2. The Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Included In The Content Of This Contract - The Contract Template And Constitute Annex No. 1C To The Swz (Hereinafter Referred To As The Contract Template).3. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Option Right Under The Terms Specified In § 2 Of The Contract Template.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Price Form Constituting Annex No. 2A To The Swz, Which Is Also Annex No. 1 To The Contract Template.5. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Transfer To The Ordering Party The Proprietary Copyrights To Materials Created As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract Template.6. The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Instructions Resulting From Art. 95 Of The Act Specifies That It Does Not Require The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ Persons Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Contract On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship.
