The Task In Question Includes The Following Scope Of Services: Ongoing Maintenance Of Cleanliness And Order In The Staszów Commune And Winter Maintenance Of Streets, Squares And Sidewalks In The City Of Staszów Through: 1) Mechanical Sweeping Of Streets With A Total Length Of Approximately 40,200 M In Accordance With Annex No. 1 And Graphic Attachment 1A.2) Manual Or Mechanical Sweeping Of Sidewalks With A Total Area Of Approximately 75,200 M² In Accordance With Annex No. 2 And Graphic Annex 2A.3) Manual Or Mechanical Sweeping Of Squares (Including Parking Lots) And Stairs With A Total Area Of Approximately 25,000 M² In Accordance With Annex No. 3 And Graphic Annex 3A.4) Ongoing Destruction (Manual Or Mechanical) Of Overgrown Vegetation In Sidewalks, Curbs, Etc. 5) Daily Collection Of All Waste (Leaves, Garbage, Broken Glass, Etc.) In Green Areas In The City Of Staszów.6) Daily Collection Of All Waste (Leaves, Garbage, Broken Glass, Etc.) In The Road Lanes Of Streets In The City Of Staszów Listed In Annex No. 4.7) Winter Maintenance Of Streets, Squares, Sidewalks And Stairs In Proper Condition And Keeping Them Clean (List Of Streets In Annex No. 5) Consisting Of: A) Ongoing, Effective Removal Of Slipperiness Immediately After It Occurs By Sprinkling With Sand, A Mixture Of Sand With Salt, Industrial Salt, Brine, Or In A Mixed Manner, B) Ongoing Removal Of Ice From Stairs, Sidewalks And Other Passages And Removal Of This Ice, C) Ongoing Removal Of Snow From Streets, Squares And Sidewalks, D) Ongoing Removal Of Excess Snow To Municipal Plots With Registration Numbers 3039 And 3040 In Staszów, E) Ongoing Protection Of Sand Used For Sprinkling Streets, Squares And Sidewalks By Collecting It In Boxes Placed Throughout The City (In Accordance With Annex No. 7), F) Ongoing Maintenance Of The Cleanliness Of Streets, Squares And Sidewalks During Periods Of Lack Of Snow Cover And Snowfall, G) Ongoing Removal Of Icicles From Buildings, Structures And Devices Owned By The Staszów Commune, H) Securing A Mixture Of Sand And Salt In The City Of Staszów In The Amount Necessary To Properly Perform The Above Activities, And Other Necessary Works To Guarantee The Proper Functioning Of The Subject Of The Order.8) Maintaining Proper Sanitary And Technical Condition Of Municipal Toilets Located At Ul. Krakowska And Ul. Mickiewicza And Service Consisting Mainly In: - Maintaining Proper Hygiene In The Toilet Facility, - Maintaining Order And Cleanliness Outside The Toilets (Sweeping, Clearing Snow, Regular Removal Of Slipperiness By Sprinkling Sand), - Ensuring The Collection Of Waste Resulting From The Operation Of The Toilet And Its Maintenance, - Securing Cleaning Products In Quantities That Guarantee The Proper Functioning Of The Toilets, As Well As Meeting Sanitary Requirements, Including Soap And Paper Towels For Wiping Hands At Sinks And Securing Toilet Paper In Toilets, - Eliminating Any Failures (Electrical Installations, Water And Sewage Systems, Etc.) - Ob
