Part No. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Perform The Following Real Estate Valuations In The Form Of Appraisal Reports: 1) 100 Undeveloped Plots. These Plots Will Be Valued For The Purpose Of: Purchase, Sale, Exchange, Municipalization Or Compensation.2) 100 Developed Plots Which Will Be The Property Of The Koluszki Commune Or The Property Of Natural Persons For The Purpose Of: Sale, Purchase, Exchange Or Determination Of Fees For Permanent Management,3) 50 Developed Or Undeveloped Plots Put Into Perpetual Usufruct For The Purpose Of Purchasing The Right Of Perpetual Usufruct Of Land Or Transforming The Right Of Perpetual Usufruct Into A Right Ownership,4) 6 Residential Premises Owned By The Koluszki Commune. The Premises Will Be Valued For The Purposes Of Sale To The Main Tenants Or For Sale By Tender.5) 50 Plots Of Land Valued For The Purpose Of Updating Annual Fees For Perpetual Usufruct.6) 50 Pieces Of Valuation In The Form Of Appraisal Reports Specifying The Value Of The Transmission Easement For Technical Infrastructure Devices And The Value Of Compensation For Damage Resulting From The Construction Or Reconstruction Of These Networks And Devices. Note: The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Realize That The Number Of Valuations And Opinions Prepared May Change And It Will Depend On The Current Needs Of The Koluszki Commune.
