Task No. 1 - Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of The Village Community Center In Radlin, Radlin 31B, 63-200 Jarocin, Which Concerns The Preparation Of Technical And Executive Design Documentation And The Development Of An Energy Audit Along With Adaptation To Applicable Legal Regulations. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 11 And 12 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Presents Below General Guidelines For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order: 1. Water Treatment Installation Is Understood As Iron Remover / Manganese Remover And String Filters, Etc.2. Scope Of Possible Use Of Air Conditioning - In Agreement With The Ordering Party.3. Installation Of Devices For Storing Heat And Electricity (E.G. Heat Tanks, Batteries) - Capacity Adjusted To The Facilitys Needs, Energy Storage Min. 10 Kwh.4. Parameters, Arrangement And Number Of External Light Points Leading To The Appropriate Selection Of Lighting Intensity In Terms Of Cooperation With The External Monitoring Installation.5. Installation Of An Uninterruptible Power Supply With A Voltage Stabilizer - Capacity Adjusted To The Facilitys Needs In Consultation With The Ordering Party.6. Modernization And Expansion Of The Monitoring, Alarm And Access Control Installations - To The Extent Necessary To Ensure The Protection Of The Entire Property In Consultation With The Ordering Party.7. Works Related To Building Automation (Intelligent Buildings) - Equipping The Building With A System Of Sensors And Detectors And One Integrated Management System For All Installations In The Building (Including, For Example, Equipping Buildings With Systems Such As Bms - Building Management System, Lcn - Electrical Device Control System, Or Knx - Building Control System Or With A Similar Scope Of Operation) - While Maintaining Compatibility With Solutions Used In Other Facilities Of The Ordering Party In The Above.
