The Subject Of The Order Is The Cleaning Service Of Buildings Administered By The Building Resources Administration No. 1 (Hereinafter Referred To As Azb No. 1) With Access To And Around The Buildings. Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Order: 1. The Contractors Duties Include: 1) Cleaning Of Internal Surfaces: - Staircases: Sweeping 1 Time A Week, Washing 1 Time A Week, - Passageways: Sweeping 2 Times A Week, Washing 1 Time A Week, - Basements: Sweeping As Needed, - Washing Internal Doors And Doors To Common Rooms: 1 Time A Month, - Washing Windows: 3 Times A Year (Window Cleaning Does Not Require The Use Of Climbing Methods), - Washing Window Sills, Stair Railings, Mailboxes: As Needed, - Washing Of Window Frames: Once A Quarter, - Washing Of Lampshades And Lamps: As Needed, 2) Cleaning Of External Surfaces: - Removing Garbage From Basement Window Recesses From The Outside Of The Building: As Needed, - Sidewalks And Entrances To Buildings (Sweeping, Collecting Waste Paper, Cans And Others): At Least Once A Week, - Emptying Waste Bins Located Next To Buildings: At Least Once A Week, - Cleaning Of Garbage Boxes: Once A Week, - Removal Of Grass And Weeds From Sidewalks, Accesses To Buildings: As Needed. The Cleaning Service Of External Surfaces Does Not Include Cleaning Of Green Areas.3) In The Winter: - Clearing Snow From Communication Routes, Sidewalks Along With Access Points To Buildings, Accesses To Garbage Bins: Each Time After Snowfall (Also On Non-Working Days), - Sprinkling Of Routes Communication With Anti-Slip Agents: As Needed (Also On Non-Working Days) - The Contractor Will Be Able To Use Sand Containers Located Next To Some Buildings, - Removing Ice: Each Time After Snowfall (Also On Non-Working Days), 4) Forwarding Noticed Technical Defects To The Administration, 5) Procuring Equipment And Resources Needed To Perform The Task - The Contractor Himself Supplies The Equipment And Resources Needed To Perform The Order, And The Resources He Uses Cleanliness Must Have Appropriate Hygienic Certificates (Cleaning Products Must Have A Safety Data Sheet, And Preparations Being Cosmetics Must Have A Notification Of Cosmetic Products To The Commission Electronically Via The Cosmetic Products Notification Portal - Cpnp), 6) Proper Disposal Of All Equipment And Packaging For Cleaning Products Used To Perform The Service, 7) Possession Of A Civil Liability Insurance Policy In The Field Of Business Activity In The Amount Of At Least Pln 200,000.00 For The Duration Contract. Cleaning Services Are To Be Performed From Monday To Friday From 7:00 A.M. To 3:00 P.M., With The Exception Of Duties Included In The Winter Period (Point 1, Point 3), Which Are Also To Be Performed On Saturdays, Sundays And Holidays From 6:00 A.M. To 10:00 P.M. The Contractor Will Provide A Schedule For Performing Cleaning Services In Each Building Within 3 Business Days Of Concluding The Contract.2.
