The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Two Sets Of A Brand New, Complete Four-Legged Walking Platform, Intended For Indoor Inspection Purposes (Including Critical Infrastructure) And Two Sets Of A Brand New, Complete Portable Power Station, Intended For Powering Electronic Devices In The Field, And An Emergency Power Source.2. The Platform And The Power Supply Station Must Be Fully Operational, Ready For Immediate Use And Must Meet All Parameters Indicated In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 2 To Swz.3. The Equipment Must Be Brand New, Unused, Unregenerated, Unrepaired, Complete And Technically Functional, And After Commissioning, Ready For Use As Intended, Free From Any Physical Or Legal Defects, Delivered In Original Non-Returnable Packaging Protecting The Elements Against Mechanical Damage. 4. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Offer Of Post-Exhibition, Demonstration Or Refabricated Equipment.5. The Devices Must Come From The Manufacturers Official Distribution Channel For The European Union Market, Which Ensures Full Warranty And Technical Support. The Equipment Must Meet All Safety, Electromagnetic Compatibility And Electrical Efficiency Standards Applicable In The European Union And Poland, Which Must Be Confirmed By The Appropriate Ce Marking. 6. The Contractor Will Deliver One Set Of Devices Referred To In Point. 1 To The Direct Recipients Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which Will Be The Police Departments Indicated Below: 1) Police Headquarters In Łódź, Police Prevention Department Ul. Pienista 71, 91-001 Łódź.2) Police Headquarters In Wrocław, Police Prevention Department Ul. Gen. Iwana Połbina 1, 54-151 Wrocław7. In The Proposed Price Of The Equipment, The Contractor Will Take Into Account All Costs Related To The Implementation Of This Contract, Including: Delivery Costs, Payment, Taxes, Customs Duties, Packaging Costs, Possible Discounts And Rebates, As Well As Training Of Personnel Authorized To Operate The Equipment At The Recipients Premises.8. The Offered Equipment Cannot Be Intended By The Manufacturer To Be Withdrawn From Production Or Sale, It Must Be Produced No Earlier Than 12 Months Before The Date Of Delivery To Direct Recipients, And It Must Come From The Manufacturers Official Distribution Channel To The Ce Market. 9. On The Day Of Delivery, The Contractor Is Obliged To Start The Device In Accordance With The Technical And Commissioning Documentation, Check The Correct Operation Of The Device And To Conduct A 2-Hour Product Training At Its Own Expense, For No More Than 5 People, At The Premises Of Each Direct Recipient Separately.10. The Training Should Cover At Least The Following: Direct Commissioning And Operation Of The Devices Basic Functions, Principles Of Proper Maintenance And Diagnostics, And The Software Update Procedure. Completion Of The Training Is A Necessary Requirement To Sign The Acceptance Protocol Referred To In § 2 Section 2 And 3 Of The Contract
