The Subject Of The Order Is (Sale And Provision Of Distribution Services) High-Methane Natural Gas Of Group E In Accordance With The Pn-C-04753:2011 Standard - Natural Gas For Heating Purposes To The District Court Building In Busko-Zdrój At Ul. T. Kościuszki 5. Office Building - 1 Viessmann Paromat Triplex - Rn Heating Boiler With A Capacity Of 285 Kw, Contractual Power Of 219 Kwh, Dso W-5 Tariff. Energy (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 266, Consolidated Text) Of The Civil Code And The Implementing Regulations Issued On Their Basis. Gas Is To Be Delivered To The Delivery And Reception Point, Which Consists Of Sets Of Gas Devices Used To Connect Internal Networks Owned By The Ordering Party With The Gas Network Of The System Operator. The Ownership Of The Fuel Is Transferred To The Ordering Party After Measurement At The Outlet Of The Gas Meter. The Estimated Demand For Gas Fuel In Individual Months Of 2026 Is Included In Annex No. 7. The District Court In Busko-Zdrój Is Not Subject To Exemption From Excise Duty On Gas Products.
