The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Aviation Fuel For Jet Engines With Cn Code 2710 19 21 - Available Under The Trade Name Jet A-1 (Code According To Pkwiu 19.20.24.0) - To A Road Tanker Or Directly To An Aircraft (Helicopter), Used By The Police Aviation Section Of The Provincial Police Headquarters In Krakow, With A Total Amount Of 70 M3. 3. The Predicted Amount Of Fuel Is A Forecast Value. This Value Is Indicated Only For The Purpose Of Selecting The Most Advantageous Offer By The Ordering Party And Does Not Constitute An Obligation Of The Ordering Party Towards The Contractor. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Performance Of The Contract At A Minimum Level. 70%.4. The Supplied Fuel Will Meet The Quality Requirements Contained In Aviation Fuel Quality Requirements For Jointly Operated Systems (Afqrjos).5. The Contractor Must Ensure The Dispensing Of Aviation Fuel In At Least 5 Airports Located In Voivodeship Cities Of The Republic Of Poland, Including The Kraków-Balice Airport, Where The Ordering Partys Aircraft And Tanker Trucks Will Be Refueled.6. In Order To Confirm That The Offered Level Of Contract Performance Is Consistent With The Ordering Partys Expectations, The Contractor Must Have A Civil Aviation Authority Certificate Regarding Ground Handling In The Scope Covered By The Subject Of The Contract (Supplying Aircraft With Propellant Materials), In Accordance With Art. 160 Section 4 In Connection With Art. 161 Section 2 Of The Act Of July 3, 2002 Aviation Law.7. The Price Of Fuel Will Not Be Subject To Excise Duty, In Accordance With The Exemption Under The Act Of December 6, 2008 On Excise Duty.
