The Faculty Of Arts Of The University Of Chile Requires The Contracting Of Minor Work Execution Services For The Project Called: Office Remodeling Of The First Floor Of The Alfonso Letelier Llona Headquarters Of The Faculty Of Arts, Located At Compañía Street N°1264, Commune Of Santiago. The Services Consider The Comprehensive Office Renovation In A Section Of The First Floor Of The Alfonso Letelier Llona Headquarters. The Works Include The Demolition And Dismantling Of Existing Structures, Such As Floor Coverings, Lighting, Electrical Conduits And Built-In Furniture, As Well As The Installation Of New Elements, Including Acoustic Partitions, Floating Floors, And Placarol Doors. Improvements To The Electrical And Data Infrastructure Will Be Implemented To Optimize The Functionality Of The Space, Adapting It To The Current Needs Of The Faculty. The Detail Is In Accordance With The Technical Specifications, Plans And Other Annexes Attached To These Bases.
