The Object Of The Procurement Is Non-Contractual Electrical Work Performed In Pälkänee Municipalitys Properties And Outdoor Areas, Such As Fault Repairs, Small Installation And Modification Work, Outdoor Lighting Maintenance, And Electrical Inspections And Measurements. The Service Also Includes Small-Scale Electrical Engineering Design Tasks Related To The Works To Be Ordered (Maintenance Drawings). The Procurement Is Carried Out As An Open Procedure And A Framework Agreement For Two (2) Suppliers Is Formed From It. The Primary Service Provider Is Determined Based On The Results Of The Offer Comparison. The Secondary Service Provider Is Used In Situations Where The Primary Supplier Is Unable To Meet The Agreed Response Times Or Accept The Order. The Contract Period Is 24 Months. In Addition, The Procuring Entity Can Introduce One Option Period Of Two (2) Years.
