The Building Of Vasil Levski Secondary School, Kolarovo Village, Was Built And Put Into Operation In 1933, Later In 1984. An Extension Was Made To The Building. The Building Is Two-Storey With A Basement. The Construction Is Monolithic Massive, Skeleton-Beam, With Load-Bearing Reinforced Concrete Elements (Columns, Beams), Single And Strip Foundations. The Roof Of The Building Is Wooden, Pitched, Covered With Ceramic Tiles. The External Windows Of The Building Are Double-Glazed Pvc, In Satisfactory Condition, Except For The Windows In The Basement, Which Is A Wooden Two-Story. The Building Is Heated By Means Of Its Own Heat Source - A Number Of Water Heating Boilers Operating On Liquid Fuel - Diesel Fuel. The Subject Of The Order Includes Three Main Activities: Activity 1 – Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Design Phase; Activity 2 – Exercising Authors Supervision During The Execution Of Construction And Installation Works On The Site; Activity 3 – Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works For The Realization Of The Investment Project. The Project Should Include: 1. All Energy-Saving Measures Prescribed In The Energy Efficiency Survey - Reaching The Energy Consumption Class Depending On The Prescriptions Of The Energy Survey, Including: - Measure B1- Thermal Insulation Of External Walls, Including The Accompanying Activities; - Measure B2 – Replacement Of Joinery, Including Accompanying Activities; - Measure B3 – Thermal Insulation Of Roofs, Incl. The Prescribed Overhaul Of The Roof As A Mandatory Accompanying Activity; - Measure B4 – Thermal Insulation Of The Floor; - Measure C1 – Replacement Of Lighting Fixtures; - Measure C2 – Replacement Of Sais; - Measure C3 - Installation Of A Photovoltaic Plant. 2. The Measures Indicated As Mandatory In The Technical Passport Of The Building, Attached To This Public Order.
