The Water Supply Network In The Settlement Is Branched And Built Entirely Of Old Eternite Pipes From 60-70 Years Ago, With Diameters Ø60, Ø80, Ø100, Applied To A Situation. Due To Frequent Accidents And Numerous Repairs, Construction And Installation Works Affecting The Infrastructure, The Water Supply Network Is Subject To Reconstruction. The Project Includes The Reconstruction Of The Street Water Pipes In The Village Of Filaretovo, Municipality Of Kotel. The Total Length Of The Street Water Supply Is L=3327.70 M, And The Length Includes Deviations At Intersections, As Well As For Each New Above-Ground Hydrant. The Total Length Of All Building Water Pipes Is L=823.00 M. Due To Unimplemented Regulation, The Route Of The Water Supply Network Is Aligned With The Existing Streets. The Location Of The Newly Designed Water Pipes Is At A Distance Of 1.00 M From The Curb. For The Normal Operation Of The Water Supply Network, Shut-Off Valves Are Provided In Appropriate Places. In Some Of The Intersections, At Appropriate Places (Before The Intersection Itself) On The Branches Themselves, Shut-Off Valves Are Also Provided, Allowing In Case Of Accidents To Disconnect Individual Sections Of Branches Or Parts Of The Network. To Ensure The Continuity Of The Water Supply During The Construction And Assembly Works, Temporary Water Pipes Are Provided In The Sections Where The Existing Water Pipe Cannot Be Preserved During Construction. The Newly Designed Water Supply Network Will Be Laid Next To The Existing One, Which Will Be Used Until The Connection Of Building Diversions. Along The Route Of The Water Pipes, 27 Above-Ground Fire Hydrants Dn80 With A Dn80 Shut-Off Valve In Front Of Each Are Provided. All Existing Building Deviations From Galvanized Steel Pipes Will Be Replaced With Pevp F32/F63 And Connected To The Newly Designed Water Supply. On All Building Water Diversions, It Is Planned To Install A Pavement Stopcock Depending On The Diameter Of The Diversion. In The Horizontal Breaks Of The Water Pipes, Tees, Fittings And Ground Clamps, Support Concrete Blocks Are Provided, Which Absorb The Forces Of The Water Pressure In The Pipes. In Case Of Crossing The Route Of Another Underground Communication, The Excavation Work For The Water Pipes Must Be Done By Hand. The Water Pipe Is Planned With A Minimum Coverage Of 1.50 M. It Is Laid On A 10 Cm Sand Base And Covered With Sand 20 Cm Above The Top Of The Pipe. Up To The Elevation Of The Road Pit, The Embankment Is Made Of Suitable Material Rammed In Layers Of 20 Cm Until The Required Density Is Reached. Excess Earth From The Excavations To Be Removed From The Site. Before Putting The Street Water Supply Into Operation, A Hydraulic Test And Disinfection Of The Water Supply Must Be Done. After The Completion Of The Construction, Ph And Sc Are Marked With Signs. Shut-Off Valves And Fire Hydrants Need To Be Reinforced Very Carefully. An Indicator Strip With Metal Threads Will Be Laid Above The Water Pipe, And A Plastic Indicator Strip Will Be Laid At A Depth Of 60 Cm Below The Ground. After The Reconstruction Of The Water Network Is Completed, The Destroyed Street Pavements Must Be Restored.
