Tender For Various Development Work In Park. - 1 Trenching in specified soil upto a depth of 60 cm. including removal and stacking of serviceable materials and then disposal by spreading and neatly levelling within a lead of 50 metres and making up the trenched area to proper levels by filling with earth or earth mixed with sludge or/and farm-yard manure before and after flooding with water (excluding cost of imported earth and sludge or farm-yard manure). 2 Preparation of mounds of various size and shape by available excavated/surplus/earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, breaking clods, watering of each layer, dressing etc.lead upto 50 meters and lift upto 1.5 m as per direction of officers in-charge. 3 Supplying and stacking good earth at site of work. Note: 1) Loading, unloading and carriage to be paid extra as per actual lead. 2) Earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% foe payment 4 Supply at site of work well decayed farm yard manure, from any available source, approved by the engineer in-charge including screening and stacking. 5 Turfing slopes of new banks with rough grassing including preparation of ground by loosening soil with kassi, flooding with water, rough dressing, fine dressing, supplying and spreading farm yard manure at the rate of 0.18 cum per 100 sqm and supplying and planting doob grass roots at 15 cm apart, complete. Of Old banks 6 Turfing slopes of new banks with rough grassing including preparation of ground by loosening soil with kassi, flooding with water, rough dressing, fine dressing, supplying and spreading farm yard manure at the rate of 0.18 cum per 100 sqm and supplying and planting doob grass roots at 15 cm apart, complete.Of New banks 7 Planting permanent hedges including digging of trenches, 60 cm wide and 45 cm deep, refilling the excavated earth mixed with farmyard manure, supplied at the rate of 4.65 cum per 100 metres and supplying and planting hedge plants at 30 cm apart. 8 Supply and planting following in poly bags / earthen pots well branched, well established & free from disease of 600 mm min. height shurbs at site in 0.45 m dia holes, 0.45 m deep dug in the ground, mixing the soil with decayed farm yard/sludge manure, backfilling the hole watering etc as required. RCC planks of size of 1500x100 x 50 mm and 1 Nos RCC planks of 150x200x50mm including joining all parts with galvanised nuts and bolts of suitable size. All bolts to be sealed after assembly with nice finish and appearance and level complete in all respect as per direction of engineer in-charge. Every bench should have a manufacturer’s logo of appropriate size Engraved at suitable place. 31 Providing and fixing 50 mm dia G.I. steel pipe railing in 3 rows duly painted on medium weight steel channels (ISMC series) 100 mm x 50 mm, 1.2 metres high above ground, 2 m centre to centre, complete as per approved drawings including all material, labour. 32 Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade Two or more coats on new work 33 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work 34 Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.). 35 Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.
