Tender For Special Repairs To Spacers For Lightning Arrestor Strips Of Wsa Building At Afs Jaisalmer; 1 M&L for testing of existing earthing at various location in tech area as directed Engineer in Charge using four point method (wenner method) or three terminal methods (fall of potential method) with appropriate earth resitance tester, spike and wire, recording of earth test results in register as per format given by Engr-in-charge and submitting the same to Engr-in-charge after testcomplete all as directed at site. 2 M&L for reviving of old unserviceable earthing byexcavating the existing earthing, checking the condition of earth electrode of any type, Water pipe, earthing strip of any type, providing of charcoal, salt in alternate layer all arround the earth electrode after cleaning it throughly if found serviceable, re- fixing of existing protection pipe, earthing strip, watering pipe, funnel etc and returning, filling in excavated soil, making of earth pit chamberPCC 1:2:4 type B-1 and earth pit chamber cover reinforced with hard drawn steel wire fabric weighing not less than 4 Kg/sqm in liew of CI cover as per earth plate No 5 of SSR complete all as specifed and directed at site. Note : 1.After excavation of existing earth, if the condition of earth electrode, GI protection pipe, watering pipe, funnel, earth strip is not satisfactory, the same shall be provided under relevent item as supply and fixing, 2. If the condition of earth electrode, GI protection pipe, earth strip, funnel, GI watering pipe is serviceable, then earth shall be revived using necessary quantity of charcoal and salt, cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in unit quoted rates,3. There should be terminal for connection of 150 x 50 x 6 mm with 4 hole of 12 mm dia along with 2 bags of 25 Kgs each of earth enhancing compound. The chemical compound should be tested and certified by any NABL accredited laboratory with 95 percent carbon content. The testing laboratory should be an ISO 9001 and 14001 certified. The earth enhancing compound should be IEC 62321. The ph value of compound should be 7 -8. Electrode should be duly tested and certified by CPRI. Govt of India for a min short circuit current of 25 KA rms for 1 Sec. including necessary boring of suitable dia upto required depth in any type of soil for inserting copper rod and filling of chemicals and Poly plastic pit cover of material- polymerbody & cover dimensions-308mm (L) x 308 mm (W) x 214 mm (H) bearing capacity 7.5 Ton approved from NABL approved Lab Complete . 25 Material and labour for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for coping of poles, making base for fixing of earth strip, Air termination rod on roof top, blast pan or indicated site , path to LT panels,bollard light(bollard lights to be refixed after repair to base) and other indicated work including necessary form work and finished the surface and including dismantling of old unseerviceable PCCcomplete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. 26 M& L for Earthing pit ofPCC 1:3:6 type C1 with RCC 1:2:4type B-1 40 mm thick cover reinforced with 6 mm dia M.S bars 3 Nos both ways with lifting hook made out of 6 mm dia bar of inner size 300 x 300x 300 mm depth with wall thickness 120mm , watering arrangement with funnel and wire meshcomplete all as specified and directed. 27 Material and labour for providing cement concrete blocksize(Lxbxh) 30 x 30 x 30cm , 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for making base for fixing of earth strip, Air termination rod on roof topto be refixed after remove of old base) and other indicated work including necessary form work and finished the surface and including dismantling of old unserviceable PCC block complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.
