Tender For Quotation For Temporary Installation And Decoration Of Pandal For Ayush Fair 25-26--Making of Main stage Pandal: Size -L30'x820'xH12' (Appx.), covering by Blue-white cloth, roof covering with new tarpoline over strong bamboo frame with both side wall covered with colour cloth and hessian front cover with colour cloth upto 3 feet.. Stage Curtain, One green room behind the stage. Accessories including - 2 Wooden Table, Two Podium with plastic flower decoration, Flower Vase, 3ft. height wooden platform (2 Nos) for Portrait holding, etc. Stage decorating with Dry Flowers. Back ground Flex will be supplied from Organiser end. Front side auditorium: Size -L50'xB40' (Appx.), roof covering with new tarpoline over strong bamboo frame. Separation for Media enclave & VIP lounge are included within the Auditorium area (Height of Pandal at the level of roof of the main stage). Making of Venue entrance Gate (Thematic, item may required - Jute, plyboard, Clay/mud, Statue, Plants, different colour flags etc): Size-H12' x 816' (Appx.) strong bamboo frame with Ply/Vinyle cutout/Dry flower/Thermocol/Jute decoration and collapsible gate. Note: atleast 02 sample photocopy/ concept have to be submitted before the tender Selection Committe after final selection of lowest bidder. Making of Emergency Gate including collapsible gate.
