The Subject Of The Order Is The Design, Construction, Delivery And Installation Of Internal Visual Information System Media, Taking Into Account Guidelines For People With Special Needs, Including People With Disabilities, In 11 Buildings Of The University Of Silesia In Katowice, Sosnowiec And Chorzów. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order And The Obligations Of The Contractor Were Included In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz And Includes In Particular: A) Task I - Design Of A Comprehensive Visual Information System, Hereinafter Referred To As Siw (Internal) For 10 Buildings Of The University Of Silesia (For Each Separately) In Katowice, Sosnowiec And Chorzów, Covering All Floors In A Given Building, Including, Among Others: Staircases, Passageways, Entrances, Exits, Elevators In Indicated Buildings And Other Spaces Required For Efficient Communication. Task I Will Include: - Analysis Of The Current Numbering Of Rooms In Each Location/Building Along With An Indication Of Its Update In Terms Of Logic And Ease Of Movement Of Users, - Development Of Information Content On All Media In A Given Building According To The Guidelines Received From The Ordering Party, - Proposals For The Forms Of Media Along With The Design Design Of Each Type Of Medium According To The Established Concept Of The Visual Information System Provided By The Ordering Party, - Preparation Of Graphic And Executive Files For Each Medium (Technical Documentation Necessary For Execution/Production Of Each Media), - Designation Of Specific Locations Of Information Media, - Updating Of Campus Map Designs (M Media) Along With Their Location - For Indicated Locations/Buildings, - Design Of Facade Boards With Information About A Given Location And Function Of The Building According To The Provided Template (Wt Media). B) Task Ii - Execution, Delivery And Installation Of Internal Visual Information System Media For 11 Buildings Of The University Of Silesia In Katowice, Sosnowiec And Chorzów - In Accordance With Annex 2 To The Swz.
