The Subject Of The Order Is The Extension Of The Software Assurance Package For Existing Licenses. The Purpose Of The Order Is To Extend The Support Service For The Existing Software For A Period Of 36 Months. Support Is Provided By, Among Others: The Ability To Dynamically Transfer Running Servers Without License Restrictions And Allows For Updating Licenses To The Latest Software Versions. Additionally, Software Assurance Provides Database Servers With The Ability To Use Active-Passive Clusters When Only The Active Node Is Licensed. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Terms And Conditions As Well As The Scope And Requirements For The Execution Of The Order Are Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order And In Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Designed Provisions Of The Contract.
