The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Brand New 3,000 Sets Of Brake Linings Type Cofren Frendo Sp201/320 Si, Drawing No. C112595/24115 Or Equivalent, For Use In Emus Of The En76 Series. Equivalent Linings Must Be Approved For Use In The Above-Mentioned Applications. Vehicle Type, Have Identical Functions And Performance, And Their Use Will Not Require Obtaining A Permit To Place The En76 Series Emu Vehicle On The Market. 2. One Set Of Linings Consists Of 2 (Two) Brake Linings - Right And Left. 3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order Have: 1) A Uic Certificate, In Accordance With The Uic 541-3 Standard, Issued For The Offered Type Of Brake Lining And Remaining Valid On The Date Of Submission Of The Offer, 2) A Technical Drawing Of The Offered Type Of Brake Lining, 3) A Product Card, Taking Into Account The Basic Technical Parameters Of The Offered Brake Linings. 4. In All Provisions Of The Swz And Its Annexes That Refer To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Solutions Equivalent To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Indicated In The Swz And Annexes If They Allow To Obtain Features Or Parameters Not Worse Than Those Mentioned. If Equivalent Solutions Are Used, The Contractor Is Obliged To Demonstrate In Writing The Equivalence Of The Offered Technical Parameters In Relation To The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Will Prove In The Offer, In Particular By Means Of Evidence Referred To In Art. 104-107 Of The Public Procurement Law, That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.
